It was just what i wanted to keep cracked heels from forming. works wet or dry.

It kinda worked but the sharp side for the best removing was way too small pieces so it didn't work as well as I wanted but it done enough to make me feel better about my heels. The shaper, or flat side seemed to work almost better than the rough side.

I've had several of these that were great. This time I don't like that only the rough sandpaper side works. It will not grate the way it should. Not worth taking back to store.

I didn't find it helpful. Seemed dull. It may be useful for someone else, but I will have to try something else.

What a waste of money! You get what you pay for. The metal band is so tight it's unremovable. Now, it's useless bc you cannot remove it to empty the skin captured beneath. I cut my finger trying. It's built to be removed but doesn't. It's useless. Lost both money and cut my finger trying to slide off the metal cover, ouch! It's all bc of a very disappointing manufacturer issue. Loosen the band! What good is it if you cannot empty the dead skin reservoir under the metal? Rarely buy Great Value brand bc of experiences like this. Buyer Beware!

When you're done filing the dead skin of off your feet, you're supposed to open it to clean the dead skin out. I tried to empty it MANY times and I can't open it.

This product sucks hiney big time. The grate holes on this callus remover. Are too small and they're very dull. This did not remove any callus skin on my feet it only left dry cracked ridges in the skin doesn't hurt though but it's not appealing at the same time. Makes the callus skin more than what it is it lifts skin flakes and doesn't remove them. In order to get some type of skin removed you'd have to scrub harder than what you normally would and that is a BIG nono! HIGHLY CRAPPY PRODUCT MY CALLUSES ARE MORE NOTICEABLE AND ROUGH THAN WHAT THEY WERE AT FIRST. Was cheap didn't spend a lot of money not upset. Pics to prove issues.
