I've tried other pill crushers, but the easy grip of the knob design makes this one the easiest to use. I had one like this before, and the one thing I've noticed is that the interior will become completely coated in the residue. This dramatically decreases the effectiveness of the grinding surface. It can be washed, but eventually, it degrades, and the unit had to be replaced. I think it should last longer.

I put 7 big pills in this crusher at once and I only had to turn the top of it a couple times and completely crushed them to almost dust. It is perfect for my senior father who can't swallow pills so he likes me to crush them and put them in his pudding.

I have used this twice so far to pulverize several of my wife's medications. It is easy to use and grinds the pills into a fine powder. I have a weak left hand but am able to hold it well enough to do the job. I mix the powdered meds into pudding or applesauce and she's able to swallow them without difficulty.

I have tried 4-5 type of pill crushers. Although this is the best of all of them, it does not last very long. I think the plastic dulls and it gets harder to crush pills. I even put it in the dishwasher when it gets dull but after some time I need to get another one.

Easy to use. Works on my vitamins, and meds. Lost a star ⭐ because compartment lid comes off way to easy after a few uses. So compartment feature is useless after the first week. I use it daily for very large and large pills. Good value. Sturdy and cleans easy. I expect it to last at least one year.

I needed this pill crusher to use to crush pills for my dog to hide in their food, but it is so hard to twist and then it's even harder to un- twist it. I'm 60 but I still have strength and this is hard to use. I bought the cheapest one, so I got what I paid for.

I ordered online a pill cutter and they replaced with a pill crusher! I put a pill in to see how it worked! It doesn't work at all! The plastic cylinder does not reach the pill at the bottom of the container therefore it does not crush anything! It is a piece of junk! I never asked to receive that item! Just disappointed ! You can crush a pill between 2 teaspoons! I have done that all my life for the young children who can't swallow pills!

I need to crush several pills. This says it crushes 1 pill at a time. When I tried to crush 1 pill it wouldn't or couldn't crush it. The pill was a large pill but this device should've at least make a scratch on it and it didn't. It might work on a soft baby aspirin but it didn't work for me. I did like the design and how it was supposed to work.
