The brush head is a little bigger, more like a standard toothbrush rather than the somewhat smaller head of the Sonicare brush. The larger head seems to work fine on the Sonicare. The Equate bristles are soft as dentists recommend. So, it seems perfectly adequate and it would be a purely subjective thing should you prefer one over the other. The one overwhelming difference is the price, with Equate being hugely more affordable.

I prefer Sonicare brand, but these have proven to be really good when my wallet is tight. You can't tell if a generic toothbrush head will be good and/or safe, and at least with Walmart's Equate, you know there's a corporation in the USA that will be liable if something goes wrong with the toothbrush head I had a fake Sonicare toothbrush head (a cheaply-made one that was put in an official-looking Sonicare packaging) that broke when I used it, and that's downright dangerous. So, if you are going off-brand, this is a very good option

Don't bother to buy the name brand replacement heads from Philips. These are of indistinguishable quality, as far as I can tell, for a fraction of the price. They fit my Sonicare perfectly and the bristles are durable and good quality.

I have not used them yet so cannot attest for the quality but it fits the same as the name brand, for half the price!!! Earth friendly packaging and fast delivery.

I find these toothbrush replacement heads to be just as good as the more expensive brands. The recommended period for use before changing them is 3 months.

Never a fan of aftermarket Philip brush heads. Give it a try since it's the house brand from Walmart. I was not disappointed. It's soft and comfortable. I would recommend.

I prefer these brush heads over the original brush brand name heads that came with my toothbrush. These are very quiet when the toothbrush is running. Also very soft on your gums. The price is reasonable.

These replacement heads fit well and are easy to switch out. The 4-pack is a good value and makes it simple to keep extras on hand.

I buy these instead of the name brand and they do great at brushing, only thing I noticed is they don't quite last 3 months like the name brand so you have to replace a little more often.

The quality is good, but they are not compatible with my Phillips One kids at all. The ones I bought from Phillips fit perfectly. But these ones did not fit.
