Just as good as the name brand. The only thing missing is the steep price! I've literally bought the name brand for year's and now all I can think about is how much money I've literally thrown away, lol. Anywho, get you some, it works for everything and it's easy on your wallet. Works the Same as Name Brands
Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever Acetaminophen Caplets, 500mg: Your Equate Generic Tylenol/Acetaminophen WORKS GREAT. You save a ton of money. They are creeping up in price BUT so far STILL really worth it! Save your money on this one. Equate DOES A FINE JOB!

It's the only thing that helps with my back pain! It's weird because I take oxycodone and gabapentin for sciatica and fibromyalgia, but that doesn't help with my upper back pain. The way that extra strength Tylenol does! I couldn't live without it!

An Excellent Fever, Pain Product!
This is a Tylenol generic that is a good valued price to use for fever and pain relief! Works well! No taste! Helps ease arthritis pain! Highly recommend!

Great For Any Aches Or Pains!
This store brand Tylenol is perfect for any and all aches and pains. It eases the pain within minutes of taking it. Resolves my hubby's headaches quickly. It seems to work much better than the name brands! A much better price as well. Very pleased with this purchase. I will continue using and purchasing these.

Great for knee pain and much more!
Equate extra strength Tylenol works better for me than name brand Tylenol. And Kmarts price is a LOT cheaper than any place else. I have blood pooling in my lower left calf, and a bad left knee. This brand of Tylenol works great for relieving my pain, and for headaches.

better for you and kidney and liver, no asprin, no NSAID's either don't take over specified dose. NSAIDS = ibuprofen, (Motrin) and others

The cake was very good except I think the frosting could've been not quite so sweet but other than that it was a delicious cake and my husband enjoyed it for his birthday
