Walmart Acetaminophen
I've lived with chronic pain and migraines for years. My doctor wanted me to switch from ibuprofen to acetaminophen. She suggested Tylenol. I like the price of store brands if they work. Trust me, it worked just as well.

Equate products
I have found that the equate products are substantially less expensive than name brands. Plus the ones that I have tried are as effective as the name brands.

reasonably priced but the ad said that each bottle in twin pack contained 200 caplets when in reality there is only 100 in each bottle you should correct the ad to reflect this.

good, inexpensive pain reliever
good, inexpensive pain reliever -- saved by buying 2 pack. This is 500mg. I only use 1/2 tablet (250mg). I would really like a 175mg or 200mg caplet but not available through either Tylenol brand or store labels.

Not what I expected for pain relief
Had a back ache for a week and ran out of Advil so I got this because it was a great price. Took the same mil of this as I was with the Advil but still had the back ache. Went right back to the Advil the next day and got the relief I was looking for.
