The Equate extra strength headache relief acetaminophen , aspirin , and caffeine coded pills are a lifesaver for me. I take them daily. I know I know I probably shouldn't but I have to with my migraines and they save me. So they work and they do their job.

This is literally the EXACT same as Excedrin migraine. If you look at the ingredients and dosage of each ingredient they are the same but this is less than half the price. I was on prescriptions for migraines and this actually works better for me than any of those did.

I used to be a pharmacy tech and would often be shocked at the price differences between name brand and generic. This is the same compound as Excedrin Migraine for a fraction of the cost. Please don't waste your money on name brand. Check the contents of the drugs on the shelves. Fancy names -- all the same as this equate stuff. I have shared this with so many folks and everyone is amazed at how well it works. Try it. It is worth it. Really. I always have this in my purse.

This product works as well as the name brand and the price is a fraction of the name brand. It's not coated, but if you swallow it quickly, no problem. I live hours and hundreds of miles from a Walmart, and REALLY appreciate it when this essential is available online.

This has been as good as the fancy/Name brand version. I've tried to tell the difference, I had a family member change out the pills from the more expensive brand with the Walmart brand. Did I do a 6 year or 6 month test? No I had my girlfriend put 8 or 10 of of each into 2 different bottles. She set up 4 different bottles of them, and didn't tell me which were what. Not perfectly scientific but i I was unable notice any difference. I wasn't able to notice any difference. And it gave her something to do.😃

This stuff works better than any over the counter pain and/or headache medicine. It works on back and neck pain, tooth pain, headaches and even mild migraines. It works just as good if not better than the name brand. so the price makes this the hands down winner in our medicine cabinet.

I've been using these Equate Headache Pills for many years, and they work fantastic. Anytime I start getting a headache, I take 2 pills and half the time, I don't even notice my headache is gone because it takes care of it so quick. But when I do think about it, it's usually within a ½ hour to an hour, you can't ask for much for more than that! The pills are coated, so they don't instantly start dissolving in your mouth. I really like that. I don't think they've ever given me an upset stomach either Sometimes when I get a whopper of a headache I'll have to take another one to 2 right away or within another hour. All in all a very good value. they offer a 100 count or 200 count, and I believe a big bottle of 500 but I'm not sure. The price is very reasonable andI highly recommend them.

I need the extra strength due to stress and Migraine headaches. Usually it works well. When my headaches are too bad, it doesn't always work well, but I have to be careful to protect my liver. The tablets are easy to swallow. No bitter or after taste. Generally, I'm very happy with this product.

If you can find this in stock, don't even… put it in your cart now before someone else does! If Excedrin's formulation works to relieve your headache's and other pains, then you simply cannot beat the value of this bottle of 200 tablets. Even Walmart's own Equate brand in 25 tablet quantity is sort of a rip off by comparison. It works just as good as the Excedrin it mimics and is dirt cheap. Why make your wallet hurt just to make your head feel better?!

This is a rare occasion when I find 200 count caplets of Great Value Extra Strength for under $5.00! I thought it was an error but it turns out it's true, unbelievable! I love seeing prices go down when everything else is going up. Thank you Walmart!
