This is a rare occasion when I find 200 count caplets of Great Value Extra Strength for under $5.00! I thought it was an error but it turns out it's true, unbelievable! I love seeing prices go down when everything else is going up. Thank you Walmart!

I used to be a pharmacy tech and would often be shocked at the price differences between name brand and generic. This is the same compound as Excedrin Migraine for a fraction of the cost. Please don't waste your money on name brand. Check the contents of the drugs on the shelves. Fancy names -- all the same as this equate stuff. I have shared this with so many folks and everyone is amazed at how well it works. Try it. It is worth it. Really. I always have this in my purse.

This is literally the EXACT same as Excedrin migraine. If you look at the ingredients and dosage of each ingredient they are the same but this is less than half the price. I was on prescriptions for migraines and this actually works better for me than any of those did.

If you can find this in stock, don't even… put it in your cart now before someone else does! If Excedrin's formulation works to relieve your headache's and other pains, then you simply cannot beat the value of this bottle of 200 tablets. Even Walmart's own Equate brand in 25 tablet quantity is sort of a rip off by comparison. It works just as good as the Excedrin it mimics and is dirt cheap. Why make your wallet hurt just to make your head feel better?!

I like to lean against the wall with my head while I'm on my phone and eventually my temples start pounding and the only solution is to take one of these, emphasizing not two but just one, and in 15 minutes the pounding is all gone. It's because each pill has enough caffeine in it to get rid of headaches. Snd I don't drink sugary sodas or coffee so this is my only caffeine. Try it, you'll like it.

I have a lot of headaches whether it be from congestion, sore throat, tension headache or simply a ache or pain in some other area at the time. These are the best things ever. I found the combination of stuff in the pill is what does the job for my issues and in a short amount of time they start to kick in and start to work. I have tried others and do not compare to these.

This combination of ingredients works really well for me, better than just acetaminophen by itself, no matter how high the dose. Not for anyone allergic to aspirin. The amount of caffeine is small enough that it doesn't affect my blood pressure. But, if you have any medical conditions, always check with your doctor before taking any new medication.

I have used the Equate Brand for quite awhile. I used Excedrin extra strength in the past, so I switched to Equate brand. It has the same ingredients, and costs less. I've used them for pain, instead of prescription products to avoid the possibility of becoming addicted prescription pain products.

I have issues with my ears during allergy season. They don't drain and cause a lot of pain in my face and neck. So much so my teeth will hurt. I can take 2 of these and get relief in just a few minutes. They are also great for headaches even really bad ones. 2 tablets and relief comes quickly. I can take them on an empty stomach and not have any problems.

I need the extra strength due to stress and Migraine headaches. Usually it works well. When my headaches are too bad, it doesn't always work well, but I have to be careful to protect my liver. The tablets are easy to swallow. No bitter or after taste. Generally, I'm very happy with this product.
