Don't Pay for the Name Brand: Get This!
Equate Acetaminophen PM is a good product for an excellent price. It's non-habitforming according to the label. It is meant for night time; Therefore, the Diphenhydramine HCI (brand name Benedryl - antihistamine and light sedative. Read label or ask doctor/pharmacist for warnings and/or possible reactions.) It does make most people drowsy. It helps me sleep through the night with extreme joint pain in addition to prescription medications. For most, it would do well for general pain, mild migraines, or menstrual cramping.

Highly recommend
These are just as effective as the bigger brand names such as Tylenol, that can cost double the price and better than some of the other less expensive generic brands. A definite good choice.

A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP
Walmart brands are the best! I can't say I enjoy the taste of these but then again that's not the purpose! LOL they are as good as any brand name drug out there and definitely do their purpose well. Best value for the money anywhere around.

Just as good as Tylenol, the only issue I have is once I put them in my mouth, you can taste the chalkiness of them...Id still purchase these over any name brand asprin

Works JUST as well as the ridiculously overpriced Tylenol! I use it every single night to help manage my Chronic Pain and Chronic Insomnia and I highly recommend.

Takes the pain away
im always stocked up with these Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever PM Caplets for when i have neckache's and its hard to fall asleep at night -they work well on a nighttime headache too. After a hard day of gardening i know i will be feeling it the next morning so 2 of these gives me a great nights rest and i feel limber in the morning

I use this product almost everyday. I experience knee pain frequently and after I take the Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever I have relief.

Weak but cost effective
Effective enough, higherthan normal dosage required NO OVER-THE-COUNTER pain relief actuall works but we are stuck with what the govt says we can have.
