Equate Gluten-Free Acetaminophen Antacids, Pain Relief Tablets for Arthritis Compare to Tylenol® with 325 tablets, 650 mg

I rely on this Arthritis medication for systematic daily relief and have for years. It seems to be timed release and works throughout the day. It has not lost it's effectiveness over the years and is as good as the “Big Name Brand”, at a much better price.

My daughter told me about this product. I bought it as a last-ditch effort to keep my large, mouthy puppy from shredding his new bed. He needed a nice soft bed because my floors are vinyl, without rugs, due to multiple foster dogs. This boy has destroyed toys, baseboard trim and every blanket he was given to use for bedding. I was so tired of buying things he needed only to see them shredded to pieces overnight. I sprayed this product on the edges and top of the bed and waited. He smelled it and lay down. I sprayed it again the next day. He has not dug at it or chewed on it. He won't even pick it up to drag it around. It is amazing!! I can't wait to share it with other foster parents. My next step will be to spray my baseboards, furniture (including the legs), pillows, throws, and my shoes. Thanks for making this product! My only complaint is that the tiny 8-ounce bottle it came in isn't enough to protect a household initially. Additional applications are needed later due to housekeeping. Could you make a refill bottle available at a more reasonable cost based on volume? Thank you. June Taylor

Due to various health issues, Tylenol (or its generic) is the only OTC pain relief I can use. The Equate brand offers very good savings and works as well as the name brand product. I only wish Tylenol had a 12 hour arthritis strength product since I find taking meds every 8 hours difficult (to remember and schedule) to take at home and on the go.

I have large joint arititis and their some days that are just plain stiff. I have used Tylenol for a long time, but then wondering in the store I thought I would try Equate. I got just as much relief as with the Tylenol at a much lower price! I started out buying the smaller bottles, because they have a top that is easy to get on and off (it almost has a daisy pattern which fits your fingers). Now I just buy the large bottles and pour into the smaller bottles and I still save more money! I not only get help with the pain and stiffness, but a much easier bottle to get into and close. I just believe that this a little stronger than a lot of pain relievers on the market and could be used for many things and used all day since you never get sleepy from it. Also, it seems to stay with you longer than just give you a pain relief and then disappears. I tend to not take as many. It's just a win-win situation for me.

I had been taking Ibuprofen for years for my arthritis. My doctor switched me to Tylenol Arthritis due to the Ibuprofen damaging one of my vital organs. Equate brand has the exact ingredients for a lot less money and I make it through the day using this product.

My husband has arthritis and so he used the name brand daily. On one of my trips that one was out of stock so I got to reading about this one. Same active ingredients, same amount of those ingredients. This is a cheaper price for literally the same thing. It works just as well and my husband now grabs this kind on his own.

the acetaminophen is very good, the value is awesome, compare to name brand for sure, i am very grateful for this because i have pain ALL the time. i take up to 3 at a time, so far things r ok with me. again i thank u Walmart !!

I take two of these every morning with all of my vitamins and sometimes I take a couple more later in the day. They are just as good as the big name competitor so save your money and try some of these.

I have found the Equate Arthritis Pain Relief tablets to work as well as Tylenol brand. And they are much less expensive. The only problem is that they are sometimes not in stock.

Sad to say I need this. It works as well as can be expected. I don't take it every 8 hours but try to make it to 12 to save internal organs. For example NSAIDS are murder on kidneys, this is detoxed through the liver. Love it comes in this large container.
