Equate Hemorrhoidal Suppositories, Relief from Burning, Itching and Discomfort of Hemorrhoids, 24 Count

This is a good product. My order was prompt and efficiently handled. It arrived in a timely manner with no problems on my end. It works great. It is a good value for a reasonable price. This product works as well as the name brand, more expensive product. I would highly recommend this product.

I always thought suppositories were weird and gross and for people that had major problems I'd never have. Turns out having a baby, and getting major roids, was exactly the type of problem that not only Id get, but need suppositories for. They weren't what I expected, they're like little bullets made out of 88.44% cocoa butter. I love cocoa butter. The first time I tried insertion, it shot out like a bullet. I rinsed it with hot water, and it made it kind of melty, then it inserted much more easily and comfortably. (That's my tip for you!) A week after having baby, I discovered the best combo is a suppository (for the inside) and a slick coat of numbing gel (for the outside.) I just apply the gel afterward, it doesn't hurt to put a slightly melty suppository in.) If you're still reading this review for suppositories, you must be in real pain. I wish you luck, these will help. You won't regret it.

I have found more relief using these over the preparation h ones. I'm taken back a bit because it's a great trade cost wise. Helps not too long after inserted, haven't had any problems with broken ones in the box, and find it pretty simple to use. Would recommend

It works, and it's the lowest price you'll find for the quantity. Most recent revamp lowered the quality significantly but it still does what it's supposed to do. Other off brands work better and tend to be a bit larger, but also usually cost significantly more than Walmart brand so there you have it. I would like to see the quality return to how it was before the recent "upgrade" that made them smaller and not as well formed. Would still recommend to anyone in need of relief with very little money to spend, as the quantity helps more than having just a few slightly better ones.

They all kept crumbling apart into tiny pieces, so sad and a loss of money. Only thing that helped a little to get it out of the wrapper without crumbling is to soften them real quick in front of a heater or something first.

When you open these up, they practically disintegrate, most are unusable. This will teach me to shop the name brand.

I normally buy the preparation h brand but they were out of them so I got these. Opened the first one and it broke apart in my hand. The middle of it was hollow!! Talk about cheap!! Opened up 3 more and they were all the same. I had to form one with pieces of 3 broken up ones. Not saving any money by buying these cheap ones. I hate returning opened stuff. Don't know if it's just this pack or if they are all like this. I am usually satisfied enough with the equate brand but not this. I will not be buying these again.

Works okay but the suppositores are not always in tact. I have had 2 orders that look like they were left in a heated environment, melted, and were broken. Impossible to insert and use. I am givng the Equate brand another chance b/c the competing brand is so expensive, but I am throwing money away on the Equate product. I am supposedly getting a refund, but I will see!

I must have got a defective batch because they were melted down, and they'd crumble to the touch. Walmart refunded them for me and let me keep them, so I threw them away.

I honestly rarely have a complaint with Equate products. This, however, will not be a repurchase for me unless and until they update the formula. Preparation H Suppositories have been out of stock everywhere due to demand (no recall, I checked). I did read the reviews on the Equate ones but needed them, so bought them anyway. They are not only very hard, but they are actually painful to insert. I did warm them between my gloved fingers, but that did nothing to soften them. It did eventually provide relief, but not as much if it had not been painful to insert. Do better, Walmart and Equate.
