I have allergies and was taking Claritin. This is the same active ingredient as the brand name at considerable savings. I have hypertension and take blood pressure medication. This does not measurably affect my blood pressure. It also doesn't affect my borderline type 2 diabetes. No heartburn, reflux, or aftertaste. I am allergic to some things, the fillers seem to be inert. I appreciate the one a day extended release. I am celiac and allergic to oats. I do not have any reactions to these. Some other medications I have had issues with the fillers… I appreciate the large amount of pills per bottle and at a more reasonable price, this two pack of bottles will last more than a year, so I won't run out as fast. I recommend this medication as a cost savings if you are taking Claritin.
It really hits the spot with my list of low to medium allergy build-up. 4 days and I can feel the difference. I'm sorry I waited so long. What I really love about this pill is the value for 120 days. After the cost of the purchase and delivery was done, this paid back!
The same active ingredient,Loratadine, as in Claritin, but much, much better price. I used Claritin when it was prescription only . Loratadine is about the only allergy medication that is acceptable for those of us with extreme dry eye conditions. Also,Loratadine doesn't make one too drowsy. One can use it in the daytime and not interfere with work. It helps relieve congestion and other symptons of seasonal, dust and smoke allergies.
I used to have a prescription for Loratadine until my insurance refused to cover it any longer. So I looked for a cheaper type and was happy to find the equate had Loratadine non drowsy allergy pills. I bought it and I'm happy to say it's great. Not only is it cheaper than the price my insurance was being billed for, I can get it way quicker off the shelf than wait for the pharmacy to refill it. and it's the same medication. Oh, even though the bottle shows to take one pill, my doctor said that taking a second pill an hour or two later is ok and will not harm me. But never take more than 2 in a day.
We were looking for an effective allergy relief tablet at a fair price that does the job. Tried others but happy to report that Equate's Non-Drowsy All Day Allergy 10 mg Tablets does the job to relieve the pain %26 suffering from allergies and not break the bank. Give them a try!
I've tried a lot of allergy meds and this one really surprised me. Equate Non-Drowsy All Day Allergy Relief Loratadine 10 mg Tablets works just as well as the expensive brands without the high price. One pill in the morning and I'm good all day with no drowsiness just relief. Definitely worth trying.
Back in the day, we hay-fever sufferers used to PRAY for the day that Claritin -- which was only available to the rich and the Big Pharma suck-ups (meaning; people who love to truck to the doctor's office all the time) -- would make its way to the open market, meaning to OTC status. Well, guess what? NOW IT'S HERE. Loratadine is the EXACT ingredient in what used to be prescription-only Claritin, and I ADORE popping one of these in the a.m. when I wake up with the sneezes, 'cause I HATE THAT. This is a 24-hour drug: You take one pill and it Lasts All Day. I love me my OTC Loratidine 10mgs! DO NOT MISTAKE THIS FOR A 'STANDARD' anti-histamine, because Loratidine kicks benadryl and all its hideous permutations squarely to the curb. Who wants to take an anti-histamine if it's going to keep you in bed all day long??? This is NOT a soporific drug! - Eli.
Switched from more expensive brand I had taken for years during allergy season. After 2 days of taking as directed my symptoms came back and felt miserable! Waited a day then began taking Claritin again and by next morning back to relief! I was so excited to save money but was not worth it. I would not recommend equate allergy! Very dissatisfied
These do not work at all. My allergies are the same as if I didn't take anything. I bought these years ago and they didn't work. I have tried the store brand loratidine from CVS and Kroger, and they worked fine. I tried the Walmart brand again because I thought maybe it was a fluke, but it still does not work.
There was an up charge for 180 tablets listed as 300…I received 3 boxes at 60 tablets each and original order was 13 dollars for 150…please remove this extra 28.00 price and go back to original price!!! Ordering online with this Walmart is very difficult …thought we'd try it again because we are elderly and have mobility issues… won't be ordering again from this store. The people that bring out the groceries are extremely nice but something is going on…once again my husband say for over an hour…then was told not registered after I had gotten the text at 10:41 for an 11:00 pick-up…and he was there by 11:00 and phoned in registered spot. Idk exactly what's going on …during covid this grocery pickup ran like clock work …I'm sorry to be critical and appreciate any help given but 28.00 extra dollars on this order is unacceptable …
