Equate Overnight Maxi Pads with Flexi-Wings, Extra Heavy Overnight Absorbency, Size 5, 60 Count

I have what I call "nightmare periods" and this is the only brand of pads that work for me so that I am not in the restroom every hour during the heavy part of my cycles. Other brands leak so I have to be a slave to the restroom and would have to call off work every month for 3 days if it weren't for Equate brand overnight pads. These pass the test for me and don't leak everywhere usually. Leaks do happen, but these pads make it happen less often for me than other leading brands from personal experience.

I no longer need sanitary pads for menstrual reasons, but I wear these as incontinence pads. I often have to go pee NOW. It just hits out of the blue and even if the bathroom is within a few feet, I might not make it. I've been wearing lighter weight liners that really don't absorb liquid as well as urinary incontinence pads would and decided I'd try the overnight heavyweight pads. They are VERY long which is great. I am missing part of my colon, and again, sometimes when I have to go I have to go NOW. Because these are so long they can sort of do double duty. If I'd use regular length pads I'd have to layer two or three to equal the length. These are bulky, BUT they are also comfortable and adhere well to the underwear. I wish there was an extra long overnight that is one level thinner, but there isn't.

They changed the length and pad size.It is smaller now.I don't know what I'll try next.Because this was the only pad that was large enough to cover areas overnight.I tried this new pad, and it doesn't go as far back and I leaked several nights. i don't know why they changed it. But if they read these reviews PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK.

The pad itself is good. The problem is the wrapper that comes around the pad. When unwrapping the pad, the seams of the plastic tear. This makes it hard to wrap the used pad up. I purchased 2 separate packages to see if there was a difference in the wrapper. There was not. Even though the pad itself works as it should, because the wrapper makes disposal hard to do, I won't purchase this package again.

Length is great but they tear when removed from panty. So that means it holds to your garment but hard to remove. Then you are left with tiny pieces of the sticky part in your panty. I felt like I was sweating more with these. I usually never have an issue with this brand so maybe something g has changed since I last used them.

I was a faithful buyer of these pads but not anymore. I was disappointed to notice an extreme decrease in quality. They are visibly thinner so not as absorbent, the adhesive doesn't stick as well and they bunch up after only wearing for a short time. I would not recommend these any longer.

These used to be better than the National brand. When they changed the packaging, they completely changed the product. They are smaller, less absorbant, not as soft, and tear easily. very disappointed. Im stuck with a whole pack that are basically worthless.

I have used these pads for years and they used to be great. But about a month or 2 ago I bought a new pack and they are NOT the same. They are garbage! They rip open! I have to put a different pad over them so they can be used without ripping, since I am stuck with them. Clearly they changed the way they are made, they've made them cheaper and it shows! Why do they have to ruin a perfectly good product?! Im bummed, now I have to find a new product to use. I definitely wouldnt waste your money on these.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Absorbent, NO, IT SUCKS. Length, NO, NOT RIGHT. Adhesive that's sort of ok. But they are NOT what they say they are. I'm having to use three times as many as I usually do and I can't sleep through the night!! I bought 3 bags so I have to use them. When you order online you don't get a paper receipt, so I can't get my money back, or I should say I don't know how to. But I guarantee I will NEVER buy them again. I'll go back to the Equate Ultimate that I was using. Watch what the packing says, then try to feel how thick the pads are through the package. Don't let the first time you try a new pad be from online shopping. You really need to feel the package.

Horrible quality but a great fit. They're long and wide great for the bigger girls but the quality was shameful. The top that touches you seperates from the moisture proof bottom and lets the "fluff" out. If they fix this problem then it might be a good product.
