Equate Protein Shake, Cafe Latte, 11 fl oz, 4 Count

My son is on a gastroperesis diet. You don't get a lot of protein on that diet so we supplement. this is the first protein shake he has liked. he drivks them over ice, or blends them for a smoothie. he adds flavored creamer or flavored syruos, or sometimes even a banana and they are just as good as Smoothie King!!!

I've been drinking Premier Protein cafe latte for years now. I had a liver transplant and on a high protein diet. However, I saw the lower price of this, and decided to order it and compare. First I looked at ingredients in the side. Lower sodium, slightly lower sugar, 1 g more of carb, same 30 g of protein. But then I looked at vitamin ingredients. 25% vs 20% in a lot of vitamins. This is now my new cafe latte protein drink of choice in the mornings!

Kinda like this drink. I am a used-up old goat, 90 years old, who still works every day on our ranch, and I take it with me on my four-wheeler, and it assists me in making it through the day.

These protein shakes are smooth and tasty. I like the cafe latte flavor but have also had the chocolate and strawberry in the past. It is handy to have them on hand to make sure I get enough protein each day if I haven't had protein during the day. It provides enough protein without having too many calories.

I've been trying different protein shakes since I discovered that SlimFast which I'd been enjoying for years had changed it's formula/recipe. This Equate shake tastes great, has a nice touch of thickness to it compared to most and this Latte version has a kick of caffeine. I'm not a big coffee drinker, drinking one cup a day of one of those flavored international coffees, so the amount of caffeine in this is definitely strong for me. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other Equate options to see if they are as good. And by the way, I don't really drink these as meal replacements but more like snacks or dessert, so they have to taste good. But I highly recommend this one!

Definitely not my favorite. They are not terrible but not my go to. I have purchased others that I enjoy better.

Good protein drink, I just wish the flavor was stronger and creamier — it's a like thin and water, but I would purchase again. Recommend (but if they make these minor tweaks, it would be a first rate go-to!)

i normally drink the premier protein caffe late but I thought I would try equate version it was awful! leaves your mouth and throat coated with oil and is very bitter it's an awful taste as well
