Equate Regular Shave Foam, 11 oz

I purchased this last week and I'm impressed with the quality of the shave I've received. A little goes a long way, one small dollop and it expands to be more than enough for your shave. I use a lot of Equate products because I can't tell the difference from the high priced brands, this shave foam keeps that tradition going.

I like this shaveing cream better than the more expensive brands of it. Seems to do a great job in a lot less burn. Id say get two

I've tried several types of Foamy, Barbasol, Noxzema and this is just as good. Has a nice barbershop scent, too. FYI shave with an Edwin Jagger DE with Astra or Feather blades and get irritation-free shaves.

Works as advertised plus it's easy on the wallet. I shave with Barbasol before work but decided to give this a whirl, now it's going into my canned goo rotation before work. I ditched my Mach 3 a couple of years ago now I shave with an Edwin Jagger double edge safety razor with Family Dollar blades and switch it up with Feather and Derby blades. Those Gillette multi-blade cartridges got to spendy. On weekends I give myself a good shave with a quality shaving soap puck with a brush. This Equate shave cream gave me nice smooth shave with my Edwin Jagger.

Great Price. Walmart currently switched cans(suppliers?) and the new foam is too thick

It comes out as goo. It smells like chemicals. It absolutely CAUSES nicks and cuts to someone who never gets nicks and cuts. A terrible way to start the morning. If you're being cheap like I am because you don't have a problem beard, spend the extra 20 cents and buy Barbasol!

I bought this in the sensitive skin version. I prefer unscented but this stuff is an abomination. Smells like toilet cleaner. I went right out and got a Barbasol replacement, still not unscented by tolerable and fleeting. This stuff I keep smelling dirty toilets all day. And it is me.

This is thinner, lighter, and less substancial than Barbasol shave cream. As you spread onto your face, it begins to vanish so you eventually have to apply perhaps 2-3 times as much as you would if using Barbasol. By the time I started shaving, probably 2/3 of the cream that came out of the can had vanished. The shave result was not as smooth compared to Barbasol and required longer amount of time to keep applying more and more cream to replace what was disappearing before my eyes.
