I find that these help me as much as Sudafed PE. When they took Sudafed PE off the market I switched to these and have been very happy.

Comparable to the Sudafed version. This was doctor recommended for my 93-year-old mom. It works great for us. Get this one with the green head on package, not the red head. This contains a gentle, effective, and safe antihistamine.

I use these year around with my allergies. No side effects, hard to fine a decongestant and antihistamines in one pill at a fantastic price. Since using these I never get sinus infections anymore. Recommend

this OTC works great for me, no sleepiness noted, and the sneezing and dripping are stopped before any sinus infection happens. Our local Wal Mart used to stock this, but now I must either go to a super wal mart 150 miles away or must order it for home delivery. Regardless of the inconvenience of getting it, this product works well.

I am a new Walmart member. Have had problems with items being delivered to my apartment complex so had been afraid to try this out. I thought this item was being shipped but turns out it was delivered from the store. It arrived a few minutes before the time on the notice I got. I have used this sinus/allergy medication before but said it was out of stock so was very happy to be able to get it delivered. Five stars for this delivery!

If you have a sinus infection, this stuff is trash. If you have a cold, maybe.
