I tried Equate Timeless Teeth whitening strips. The directions were easy enough to follow. I recommend keeping your mouth as dry as possible when applying. I only hade one occurrence where the bottom strip came off. The top strips fit very well. I hope to see even more improvement when I finish all 10 days.

Easy to use teeth whitening strips for use at home. Each individual package has 1 upper and 1 lower strip. The directions say to leave on for 30 minutes, but similar to other at home strips, they start to move around and come loose about 15-20 minutes in.

Quick and easy steps for a whiter smile. The directions for applying and using these strips and fairly easy to follow. The packaging is clearly labeled with which strip is supposed to be applied on top and which one is for the bottom teeth. I've used other whitening strips before that you need to keep in for longer than just 30 minutes so the timing is convenient. Only downside I would say is the flavor of the strips. The taste is not as good or tasteless as other brands I've tried before. Besides that, I did enjoy using this product and noticed a slight difference in the color of my teeth!
