No closed captioning or subtitles
Before I spent all of this money, I emailed the seller, GRUV. I asked if the dvds had closed captioning or English subtitles. They emailed back yes. When I just received this, the box clearly states that there may be neither. I tried and there is nothing to help a deaf or hard of hearing person. It is useless to me. They lied to me. Flat out. I can no longer trust this company. I did order something else from them, but will now cancel. Walmart should not use companies like this that lie.

Discs came loose in the cases and got scratched like crazy. We're talking untreated poison ivy levels of scratching.

E.R. boxed disc set
I really like the E. R. series. The box that the set was in was not in great shape but the discs were all good. Shipped out fast.

Great tv series, but dvds became loose in transit and severally scatched at least 1 disc per box.
