I love it!
I love everything about this product. I used this to refresh my wig, after I shampooed it. It got rid of the tangles %26 knots. My wig is so soft now. The shampoo is just as good as this.

Problem with containers inside packing bags
I bought both the shampoo and the conditioner Took them out of the delivery bag and they were in their own individual bags and contents with all over inside the bag so a lot of that was wasted. I think there's like a half a bottle in each of the product so I'm not sure if the lids weren't put on tight enough or what .. but smells good. I took a video. And photos

Wig shampoo
When I got it, the bag was full of the shampoo and conditioner. It busted open in shipping so I don't know how it smells. I don't have her use it how to get a refund.
