I love this sourdough bread! It is alittle expensive but very high quality. no preservatives. it comes vacuum packed so it is shelf stable for quite awhile. tastes great! these are smaller loaves than a regular loaf of bread. It is hard to find sourdough bread that doesn't have all the additives.

These sourdough loaves are amazing! 12 minutes in the oven your house smells yummy and you have a steaming hot loaf of delicious sourdough bread. The fact that they're shelves stable makes it even better. I highly recommend this. I tell everybody I know about them!

Kudos to the essential baking company! I love this bread! I baked it for 13 minutes in my toaster oven and it came out perfect! In the meantime the aroma in my kitchen was awesome! The crust was crispy and the bread was soft. I cut the bread while warm, slathered it with butter and ate away! It's the best sourdough bread I've ever had! Makes a totally awesome grilled cheese too! I will definitely buy again!

Absolutely love this bread! It is some of the best tasting sourdough that I have ever had, and I am a long time sourdough lover. The fact that it also has an extended shelf life is just an added bonus! My box had a “use by” date of 6 months away! The loaves are beautiful and good sized. I ordered the bread to be shipped from Walmart as I live some distance from the nearest store. It arrived in its 3 loaf box in perfect condition. You can choose to bake the entire loaf or slice and toast individual pieces. It is delicious both ways. I found that if the bread is well wrapped after opening, it easily stays good for upwards of a week with no issues. In my opinion this bread is worth every penny and I will definitely be an ongoing customer.

Super easy just put it in the oven on a pan and it's ready in 15 minutes and it taste like fresh baked sourdough bread. It's really good.

It molds within a week! Despite the packaging saying their patent vacuum seal is so amazing and you don't need to freeze the bread, just keep it in your pantry and it stays good for a year - what a joke! Completely full of mold within 7 days of receiving it! Has happened with 2 boxes so far. Not a fluke.

One of the three loafs came to me with mold on it. We ate two of them. The two we ate were fine. Just fine.

The bread is molded after 15 days. The expiration it was good until July 2026. Exactly what all the other reviews said.
