Only been taking for a few weeks now. But I can honestly say that almost immediately, I noticed a significant increase in energy and stamina. Very simple to swallow capsules are also a big plus. So far, more than satisfied with T-Hero Male Health..

For me, one important factor concerning supplements is that they don't contain caffeine or other taurine. T-hero doesn't have these. I like that these vitamins are a standard size just like most vitamins. I had a previous purchase where they were oversized and very difficult to swallow. I did not get any side effects that I've had in the past with issues like an upset stomach. I feel a bit less tired now that I've been in the routine of taking them for about two weeks now. I do plan on purchasing again.

The pills are easy to swallow and I take one every morning before my workouts. You are supposed to take two a day but I wanted to see if I would feel anything first. So far so good. I hope I start to see some of the befits from using the whole bottle as these will take some time to see results.

Not recommended for losing weight and the strength of it was weak.
