This cushion seat really helps me with the pain I experience due to spinal stenosis which causes lower back problems and muscle spasms coming down my right leg.

It is a decent product, and it is designed to be able to fit on both standard and elongated style toilets. It would be nice if it was easier to remove but since I need it when I sit for a longer time (for personal reasons) I simply attach it on one side only so I can lift it off when it is not needed.

The comfort is fine. Just got it, so cleaning has not been and issue yet, so can not comment on that. The straps are velcro, that is it's one down side. Not a very good design. But getting up is easier than other risers we had on in the past. All in 4 stars out of 5 from us.

Don't waste your money on this piece of crap!! can't say because they would not allow me to post😡😡 i waited days for this. you put it on the toilet seat and it diflates as soon as you sit on it!! this is no seat raiser, more like deriser!!! I'm sending this back right away!!! but i will post it on google

i received the incorrect item. May have been my own fault but ive been trying to exchange it since August. Walmart says they've notified Honest Medical, subcontractor and I will hear from them . Walmart told me that several times, and each time I replied that I haven't heard from them. I no longer hear from Walmart. i called "Honest"Medical and they said it wasnt their problem, i bought it from Walmart, not them. I'm pretty fed up and wouldn't ever do business with the not quite so honest medical store, and I'm pretty. upset with Walmart also. I cannot find anyone to help me.

I tried to return it to the store since my husband was in hospice and passed away the day it was delivered to our house so it was never used but they said no.

This toilet seat seemed.okay at first but after a few weeks it began to rip at the seams. I did not notice this until after there was a noticible.rip AND an accumulation of body elimination by produces. I felt it was unable.to be cleaned sufficiently and I discarded it. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.

didnt know i ordered it. got it in mail. couldn't figure how to return̈ it. Going to throw it in̈ trash. And not trust walmarts shipping habits and practices. upsets me a lot.

Unfortunately, the minute I saw this product before me, I knew the very small opening of the seat would definitely not work. I am approaching the age of 84 and have never encountered or expected to lose my money due to this flawed design in your product. I'm hoping that you would allow me to return your unused product for a full refund. Thank you very much.

Unless you have a bottom, the size of a five-year-old, don't get this. It is meant for people who have had surgery or something like that, and need a higher toilet seat. It barely raises the toilet seat at all, but the problem is that it comes together in the middle so much sothat when you use the toilet, it doesn't even go into the toilet. It just goes all over the floor. There is absolutely no way to wipe yourself, even with a toilet wiping age. Don't buy this thing. It's absolute crap. Plus they won't let you return it so that's 20 bucks completely wasted. Thanks, Walmart.
