I had been having night sweating and hot flashes. I wanted to try this product to see if it helped since it is available without a prescription. I have to say I am very impressed with this product. It's all natural and it works. I am no longer having trouble sleeping, tossing and turning, hot then cold. It also seemed to help my mood a little. I bought max. Strength this 4 months ago and do not find any relief. My sister inlaw gave me the weight management take 2 a day and i have been only taking it for 4 days and I am getting less hot flashes we will see may add the night time one aswell..

Actually seemed to help my hot flashes quickly but I have extra bad anxiety and am super sensitive to anything that adds energy even though I drink coffee. I felt a little nauseous first day and my heart was feeling like it was beating out of my chest. But I think if your not sensitive to caffeine would work well. Might try the nighttime one.

I've been using Estroven Maximum Strength + Energy for 2 months now. I really haven't noticed any difference. The intensity of my hot flashes during the day might have decreased a little, but the night sweats are still keeping me up all night. As far as the + Energy part goes, I haven't noticed any increase in my energy level at all. While this product doesn't seem to work for me, everyone is different. It gets good reviews so I say, if you're suffering, give it a shot. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

I want to give zero stars. I've been taking the multi supplement for a few years. Decided to give this one a try. Having a SEVERE allergic reaction to the black cohosh. I'm on day six suffering from face and upper body rash. Be careful.

I've taken for almost 4 months thinking this would help my emotional symptoms. Well it hasn't. I eat right, excercise, minimal caffeine, pray, maybe it helps with hot flashes, but doesn't eliminate them. Alll this talk about natural treatment, life style changes doesn't work for every woman. Sometimes the symptoms are too severe and you need professional help. I haven't been to dr in more than 10 yrs....and this is bad enough that I am going. The people around me deserve a better me. Herbals are not always the answer.
