Etch A Sketch Pocket, Sustainable Version

I had one of these as a child and spent many hours entertaining myself with it. I bought on for each of my great granddaughters for Christmas. They are 7 and 5 and they both are old enough to maneuver the dials and improve their eye hand coordination at the same time.

I gave this to our 6 year old granddaughter and she loved it! It kept her engrossed for hours. She didn't go to the iPad once! She told me it's her new favorite toy. I knew it was very low - or no- tech and just thought I'd take a chance as I loved it as a kid and so did my kids. It was a pleasant surprise to see her so happy while being creative.

This is going to be a great gift for my granddaughter. She is going to be two and she is very interested in her sisters.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my kiddo. He had another Etch a Sketch product but really wanted the original. He opened it right up to start playing with it. Really enjoying it.

I buy items as prize rewards for Children's Church. Thus item is compact and less expensive than the full size version. Fits in well in the prize rewards.

Packaging needs to be more protective! My son requested this specifically as a last minute addendum to his Christmas list. I ordered the item for delivery and it arrived broken. With how it sounded and how the packaging looked, I have no idea how anyone would've felt comfortable sending it out. This situation led to huge disappointment - he ignored the gaming system for quite some time and was upset that the "creative thing" he wanted was inoperable and sounded like a "box of Legos." We've formed a distrust in the brand and store overall.

it's made cheaper than the original Etch A sketch. the knobs have a little more tension. erasing is nothing like it used to be on the original. it sounds like there are different sized sandy rocks in it. the actual draw line is finer than it used to be as well

Purchased as a Christmas gift - box was in terrible shape (but they did tape it up) - don't know if it effected the product - will NEVER buy from Walmart shipping again.

I really liked the shipping speed. Unfortunately, the etch a sketch is not working properly. When you sketch with it, it's so light it's hardly visible. When you shake to erase, it doesn't erase completely. My grandson was so disappointed that I needed to return it. I am going to purchase a new one and am hoping for better results. Do I need to take this to the store for the refund?

I purchased two because the first never worked : Neither worked , I will purchase the expensive type like my adult children used a lot a lot that was quality . ABSOLUTELY. I feel purchasing the product under thirty dollars instead of cheaper item for children
