I have extreme allergies. I take a ton of medications for them. Stopping all of my allergy medications and only taken this went horrible. Adding this to my other medications actually helped. It takes a few days for it to start working, but, it takes more sinus pain away than normal.

I have had asthma most of my life. My sinuses are always runny or stuffy. I used the Breathe capsules and very quickly I felt relief. My nose wasn't as runny and it really helped the stuffiness. This is the first time I have tried a product like this but I like it a lot. The pills are large but are still easy to swallow. I didn't have a after taste with them which is very good. I can't say I have any side effects from it. I like it and will continue to use.

I have had asthma all my live and I have the runny nose and have to blow it constantly. I was so excited to try these capsules and I can honestly say that I noticed an improvement with my sinuses the first time I tried it. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction. I have hypertension (high blood pressure) and after the first dose I felt a little out of sorts, but after the 2nd dose I knew something was wrong so I checked my BP and it rose to 164/100. If you have high blood pressure be careful taking this product. I am not saying anyone else will have this type of reaction just wanted to let you know about my reaction. Sorry I had this reaction because I felt some relief right away.

I was interested in this because I have suffered from sinus problems and seasonal allergies most of my life. I have tried many products over the years, both prescriptions and over the counter methods. Unfortunately, even after trying these for a week, I got little to no relief. We have had high pollen counts in my area lately, but I have to say that I will continue to rely on a nasal spray that I have been using for a few years now. It costs about the same as this, and brings me almost instant relief. Another thing about these capsules that I didn't like is that they are huge, and I found them quite hard to swallow.

I've taken this (supplement) for over a week. I can't tell there is any difference, still have the nasal congestion and pressure. The only thing I could say that lived up to the claims was it didn't make me drowsy.

Although it is all Vegan......it made me worse! I could barely breathe. I had to wait for pill to get out of system. Maybe for someone else.....Not me. Also......check with Pharmacist if taking other Medications. It caused an interference.

I have COPD and wanted to maybe open up my airways a bit. Took 2 capsules at 9am 1st and 2nd day. By the end of the 2nd day I was having breathing problems and recovering my breathing after exertion. Stopped taking Breathe and by the end of the 3rd day I could breathe some better, by the end of day 4 I was back to my normal breathing. Needless to say I found Breathe did me more harm than good for me.
