I have used similar tent stakes, and these are the same kind and quality that has served me well. Because it's inevitable to bust one of the orange pieces eventually, it's a nice touch that they include an extra one. Additionally, mine also came with a carrying bag....pretty cool!

These are basic tents stakes and are very similiar to others like these on the market. I've used these type for many years. They will suffer from corrosion over time depending on the environment(s) in which they are deployed. The plastic on the head of the stake, while surprisingly resilient, will break if struck too hard with a hammer. This WILL happen from time to time, and it's no big deal. The plastic will also become brittle after prolonged exposure to sunlight and other elements of nature. With this said, they are far superior to the small wire type "stakes" that are out on the market which make better toothpicks than tent stakes anyway. You can buy higher quality tent stakes (for more money) if your requirements dictate that, but the ones I bought are fine and do a good job. They perform exactly as expected. The stakes came with thin rope which was nice to have. But the rope has too much stretch to be as useful as it could have been. However, I do use the supplied rope anyway as the stretch isn't critical in my application. Besides, I made this purchase for the stakes and not the rope. These are great if you require lightweight, relatively inexpensive tent stakes that may need to be replaced every so often (or not) depending on how and where they are used. Recommended!
