this is a very nice bunk bed my kids love it. very sturdy. instructions were a bit confusing and it took all day to put together with two people but it was worth it

Unfortunately, the measurements were off and we were unable to put the staircase on

Would have given more stars if the item wasn't missing a part. Instead of just sending me the missing part or sending me the box the part was in, they wanted me to take apart the whole bed!!!

Assembly instructions were not detailed and confusing. Pre drilled holes led to splitting of the wood when screws were applied. Overall the item is acceptable, but fell short of expectations in regard to assembly instructions and manufacturing regarding assembly.

The product was well designed, from color to functions. It was fast shipped and delivery, with a good price compared to other similar products. However, disappointing came from 1. Bad instruction book. We assembled it for 5 hours, each step the book didn't state everything quite clearly, like the facing in and out side, we have to figure it out by ourselves, the worst was it skipped so many important steps, that wasted lots of time to take things apart and reassembled. 2. It's a bit different from the picture. Like in the product page, the picture showed three drawers in the stair, but the real product contained only two of them. And one of the two didn't work, the magnet didn't work, so the door always flipped and can't stay on place at all. Two stars because it finished elegant and beautiful, and my son likes it.

Was described as not complicated. Pieces were missing, wood was uneven, and scratches were on the wooden boards.

Came out without instructions. door is damage. Multiple cracks in the wood and no way to contact customer service.I will suggest buy something else for the money.

They sent me the wrong item. Asked twin over twin. They sent twin over full and this stuff is extremely heavy ! Idk how I'm supposed to start a return when I can't even lift it.

Once again, I never got the product. They delivered the wrong bed. I took a leap of fait because the price was ideal. The boxes I did get are very beat up (twin over full)

very difficult to install, the holds do not match, some parts were not able to be installed because of that, also the boards are very weak and break when you screw, I want my money back
