Love it.
Item nicely packaged. Items inside accurately numbered which made it easy to put together. Some items didn't have a number but the image on instructs made it possible.

being able to push the trundle bed in during the day and the other two beds being against the walls made a huge difference in the room that three girls share it gave them the extra room during the day we all just love it

Cheaply made
Easy to put together and looks nice. I bought this in late September of 2025 and it is now late January of 2026 and I am having to purchase a new bed for my kids already.

A piece was missing and several pieces were numbered incorrectly. Holes were not drilled in the correct place. VERY confusing. Would not buy if I had it to do over.

missing pieces?!?!?!?
I did not receive all of my order!! only received 1 out of 3 boxes. this was for a gift so i just got a message from the recipient saying they cant put together because several pieces are missing.

Id give this a zero if I could
The beds came without any hardware, so you couldnt assemble it. When I spoke with customer service and was frustrated with their response, I asked for a supervisor and twice they hung up on me. The second time I called I thought it was going better until after explaining there was no hardware to assemble the bed, the customer service rep asked if they could find someone to help me assemble the bed???! When I asked her how they were going to do that without the hardware and could I please speak with a supervisor, she hung up on me.
