NapQueen Elsa 8" Full, Bonnell Coil, Innerspring Mattress

The way it was packaged was so cool. I’ve seen videos of people really hurting themselves with the mattresses in a box but if you open it correctly it’s probably the coolest thing I’ve ever bought online.

This is a great mattress. I had back surgery and it is hard to find a mattress that is medium firmness. It can't be too soft or too firm. This one works for me.

This mattress is comfortable! Since I unboxed it and started to sleep on it, I have a great night sleep. I woke up less and with less aches and pains. It is firm, but not to firm. Worth the money in my opinion.

It’s a bit lumpy. It’s ok for a child or a very light weight person but not for a big person or grown-up. Not much support. But if it is for a spare bed or trundle bed then it’s okay for that. It’s cheap enough to replace if it gets soiled badly. So for my purpose it was okay!!

if you don't like to feel springs in your mattress don't get it. i got the thicker option for the memory foam top and you can still feel the springs so i think it's uncomfy. but it's for my toddlers so they don't weigh enough to feel the springs so it works perfect for what i need it for

Terrible mattress. First the size is not as listed and 6" short. Next, all you can feel are the inner springs. No cushion what so ever. Working on returning.

Worse purchase EVER! Makes me never ever want to purchase anything From Walmart online that I think has value, DONT BUY THIS ! Unless you want to go up the chiropractor

The springs stick out, horribly uncomfortable, waste of money! The warranty link when purchased is some odd website with profanity/political satire on it. Basically, unable to access warranty.

10/24, I ordered NapQueen Elsa 6" Twin, Innerspring Mattress. Its white with black trim, label says NapQueen "Made in USA." 06/25 the order received was all white, no label and "Made in Macedonia." False advertising, no integrity and waste of my time. I needed the mattress by 06/10/25. The delivery was quick but the product received clearly was not a NapQueen mattress. Very disappointed in Walmart thinking substituting an item without customer's permission is acceptable. I should've ordered it from Amazon, but since my previous order (10/24) received was as advertised I thought I'd order it again for bunk bed. This has thrown my whole schedule off. My child need a mattress now. Now I have to reorder a "NapQueen" and wait again for delivery. But I won't be ordering it from Walmart. There integrity is now questionable. Walmart had one job to do and they failed. Walmart need to compensate me for this intentional error.

You can feel every spring in this mattress. Just spend the extra money to get a better mattress because with this one, you'd need to purchase a mattress topper.
