Couldn’t believe there was a mattress in that box that was a queen but sure enough it is! Not sure it’s 8” as I ordered but we will see in a few days if it puffs up more. Briefly sitting and laying back it seems comfortable enough. It’s a guest bed for us.
I chose the Twin XL 6" for an asjustable platform bed knowing anything thicker than that would most likely not "bend" in the middle. It serves that purpose. It is thick and firm enough to offer support for a bad back, but it's not quite the standard "XL" size of 80" long. Its 77" long x 38" wide. And more like 5.75" thick. Others have stated its a memory foam or gel hybrid but I don't think mine is nor did the description state it was. It's plain ol innersprings with a modest thin foam padded quilted cover. The reverse side seems to be a vinyl of some sort and may be skid or moisture resistent. It was worth the $118 I paid for it but I would probably not recommend it at the current pricing of $159. This is my second "bed in a box" and I like the compact box that explodes the mattress when you cut it open. The other mattress was a Linenspa and that was a little more generous 6" thick with a bit nicer fabric cover.
this mattress was easy to set up. I ordered the twin XL for my son, the only problem I have is that the mattress has maybe 5 to 6 inch gap it's not long enough to fit the box spring. If I could I would have asked for a refund but I had already gotten rid of the old mattress. so Im not a totally satisfied customer.
This product looks nothing like it did, seen in the pictures or described. I have had it open since the 17th of February and it still looks crappy. I would not purchase again. I ordered two for my girls and it doesn’t measure 8 inches, it’s not quite 7 1/2 either. I really just want my money back. It doesn’t come with the name stamped on the front of it as show in the picture. Just a note.
This is not a mattress. It’s coils with cloth over it. The most uncomfortable thing ever, and does NOT have the structure of the picture modeled. Very low quality, lumpy, hard pad of some sort. Bought two and returned them both. It’s terrible they’re able to advertise this with the photos used. Looks nothing like that. Don’t buy this. Spend a little more on a real mattress.
10/24, I ordered NapQueen Elsa 6" Twin, Innerspring Mattress. Its white with black trim, label says NapQueen "Made in USA." 06/25 the order received was all white, no label and "Made in Macedonia." False advertising, no integrity and waste of my time. I needed the mattress by 06/10/25. The delivery was quick but the product received clearly was not a NapQueen mattress. Very disappointed in Walmart thinking substituting an item without customer's permission is acceptable. I should've ordered it from Amazon, but since my previous order (10/24) received was as advertised I thought I'd order it again for bunk bed. This has thrown my whole schedule off. My child need a mattress now. Now I have to reorder a "NapQueen" and wait again for delivery. But I won't be ordering it from Walmart. There integrity is now questionable. Walmart had one job to do and they failed. Walmart need to compensate me for this intentional error.
I bought 3 of these for our triplets that were graduating from toddler beds and we needed a mattress 6” high due to a set of bunk beds. There’s not a lot of options for 6” mattresses and almost everything is the mattress in a box nowadays. Well, popped these things open and waited a few days for them to fully expand, they never did. Described as 75” x 39” x 6” when fully expanded. Maxed out at about 69” and that’s being generous. There’s a huge gap from the end of the mattress to the foot board They are flimsy and actually fall between the slats in the bed platform at the head and feet. All in all a terrible product and we are returning all 3. Decided to Go to a furniture store and found 3 mattresses in stock that are not the stupid mattresses in a box. Save yourself the time and hassle and just get the real ones first thing.
I don't like this bed. I use to sleeping on a pillowtop mattress. It's just a piece of square flat white cloth, I waited almost 48 hrs before sleeping on the bed. what was I waiting for? Nothing happen. This is better off being a twin or for a crib. I keep itching probably nothing just in my head. Just not comfortable with this mattress The advertise picture looks good. I am sending the mattress back and I am getting a refund. I order me a pillowtop. Walmart is better for other things.
THIS SUPPOSE TO BE A SIX INCH MATTRESS, I'LL GIVE IT 3 INCHES I WANT MY MONET BACK If not that i am expecting g company-- i would send it back .. my husband will have a fit if i asked him to prepare it and send it back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK-HARD and very uncomfortable,, will have to buy a pad to get thru this weekend of funeral..i spent a nice $ to buy the bed, sheet, pillows, shams set etc to get this sloppy look i want my money back
Does not measure 6” as described! Does not have 2” of padding on top! You feel it’s innersprings when laying on it! It sea in the pictures how to measure the 6” and that doesn’t include the padding either! I’m so disappointed that they can’t be honest with the details! I’m a very busy person it will cost me more to return it then it did to buy it! ( by loosing work time)
