5 stars.... if you are willing to put a million wood parts together with 2 million screws. put aside an entire day or more to put it together. instruction book is 41 pages. we only have the top, stairs, and the sides on so far and that was like 6 hours.

This BunkBed Full Over Loft from Walmart is a solid choice for saving space. The full-sized bottom bed offers plenty of room, while the lofted top provides extra storage or play space underneath. It's sturdy, but assembly can be a bit tricky. The design is modern and fits well in smaller rooms. The quality is good for the price, but keep in mind it's best suited for light to moderate use. Overall, it's a great option if you're looking for functionality and value.

Instructions contain a few errors, but I was able to work it out. Heads popped off of screws, that held the hinges for the couch, causing it to collapse on the first day. There's an oddly placed wood plank that is not in any of the pictures. It's not attractive. There's screws for the table were so tiny they ripped right out breaking the wood. Other than those things, the bed is pretty solid.

The diagram was hard to understand and did not match. Several of the pieces for the bed were not labeled correctly, some were not labeled at all. Some of the pieces of wood cracked when attempting to screw the screws in and the screws for the stairs or not long enough.

The bed looks really good, bought it for a 14 year old. but everytime you pull the couch up it scrapes the walls and it slide on the railing which also causes it to scrape the paint off. The hinges came loose and messed up. I havent had it but maybe a couple of months and looks like it is years old and worn.

The assembly was an absolute nightmare. The drawings were not clear, so it was really hard to know if we were putting the respective pieces on the right direction until we got further in the booklet and had to take it apart and flip a piece and try again- many times throughout the process. The adhesive on the stickers to label the parts was poor, therefore it fell off of the parts, so we constantly had to hunt and find what we needed from the parts list. The hardware had several different pieces in one baggie with multiple part numbers that we had to decipher. I also wish they would've included a suggested futon mattress that we would know is compatible. Thank goodness it is all put together and done because I would never do it again! In the future, we will be ordering from a furniture store with white glove delivery because this was ridiculous. I apologize for the poor review, but I need to be honest for the sake of future customers or for Walmart to make some changes to make this better in the future!

they delivered to the wrong address so I had to figure out how to load these heavy bunk beds up and take them to my address the instructions are wrong the boards are labeled with little stickers that do not match the instruction parts making it impossible to put them together done with Walmart all together

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT THIS BED WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Instructions are horrible. The wood the bed is made out of is sawdust, every bolt / screw head is exposed. Most importantly the bed rocks, there is not enough support. There is no way I would put more then a small child in the bunk. How is an adult going to change sheets? The futon part isn't connected to the bunk, so it can get crooked in the space and the one side of the futon (the back of the seat) can fall off the small pc of 1" wood that is supposed to support it in the bed position. Now I have to figure out how to create supports so the bed doesn't move when using.

Missing parts. Called we were told they'd send the part but two weeks later, no part. At first they wanted us to bring it back to the store which we didn't have the capabilities to do. Instead we had to box it back up so they can send someone to pick it up. Ridiculous. Not worth the money or the stress.

I wouldn't give one star if possible. I ordered one grey and one white. Boxes came damaged with pieces exposed, wrong hardware and wrong instruction booklet - right bed delivered but they were for another model bunk bed. I also paid for services to put beds together and when the person showed up, he was only scheduled for service to assemble one bed. He was very nice about it. This was my first and last time to buy furniture this way. I'll stick to the tried and true local furniture stores. Two kids are VERY disappointed this happened.
