I’ve been searching for the perfect wagon for my boys and this one is definitely it by FAR! We’ve tested out a few by borrowing from friends and family and this one is definitely the easiest to use and push! Super easy to collapse compared to the baby trend and other brands! Love it so much and glad we went with this one! My 5 year old and 1 year old love it! Does great in grass as well! I do wish it can with something to cover the hole for if the baby wanted to nap but we’ve just been using a blanket to fill it and it works great! Would love to have a cup holder up top for parents drinks but otherwise overall 10/10 recommend’
Do not hesitate to buy this wagon. We have one year old twins and have tried so many different stroller options and none of them had everything we needed. Until this one! Wow, I do not even know where to begin. The wheels really are all-terrain, there is so much room for two little ones, several storage pockets, and a great removable basket. I love that both kids can be covered in UV shades, but still have the freedom to look around. There is also a nice dip for their feet, so they don't have to sit uncomfortably with their knees raised. I absolutely love this wagon and look forward to outings now just so we can use it. BUY IT!!
such a great stroller for different terrain and regular walks too! its comfortable and my kids love going in it.
The grandkids really love this wagon stroller. There’s plenty of foot room for the both of them. I bought a slim ice cooler and it fits perfectly where the bed attachment hangs. The handle bar is a little short, the wheels needs to always be locked due to the wagon easily rolls and the canopies need a little work. They don’t stay closed. I find that if I Velcro only one side it helps and I wish the canopies were a lot taller. Otherwise ready glad I purchased this item
I like how smooth and easy it is to maneuver. I don't like how heavy it is or how bulky it still is when folded. Also it is hard sometimes when opening it up, the lock switch gets jammed often. I wouldn't recommend this for children older than 1 year, due to lack of foot space.
I did have to return my first one due to a bent leg. The second one I received was missing bolt and had a bent wheel. The wheel being bent only affects it if walking at a fast pace. I order the bolts online as I didn't want to ship a second one back. The wagon folds up very easy, it is alittle on the heavy side but it is expected as a bigger wagon/stroller. My 7 year old son can even fit in and be pushed comfortably.
So we have a 6 yo and a 2 1/2 year old. We had a double stroller by Baby trend called the Sit and Stand. But...our kids are really tall. There was no way our 2 1/2 year old could ride in the front any more with out her feet dragging the ground. So..we bought this. And it is amazing..so much room..kids love that it can be pushed or pulled and can literally (so far) go any where. But...the back netting came torn. So we returned it for an exchange. Other then that issue..this thing is Amazing!
Would not recommend ordering from Walmart.com. Really bad UI. I changed the address on my delivery during checkout and somehow it reverted back and send me $300 stroller to my old house address across the country. I couldn’t return it because I bought it at discount and would lose it, needed it asap so had to pay another $200 to ship across the country! Be very careful when ordering. This has never happened with Amazon.
The Pivot Xplore wagon is well constructed and reasonably easy to assemble. It has a design issue that makes it precarious to push on smoother surfaces. The directions are mostly clear, although the figures could use some work to allow you to see the front-back / inside-outside orientation better. One omission is that there is a greenish-yellow dot (which can be mistaken for green) on the right front wheel and axle and a green dot on the left front wheel and axle. Only the green dot is described in the manual. The major problem is that the right front wheel wobbles dangerously when pushed on floors and sidewalks in stroller mode at a normal walking pace. It happens on my stroller with no children, heavier child in front and heavier child in rear. It's only the right front wheel that has the problem. When I reported this to Evenflo customer service I was told that: "The wheels are all-terrain meaning there needs to be a certain amount of resistance to work. This makes the wagon good to use in sand, grass, or on dirt, such as hiking trails. When it comes to a completely flat surface like a sidewalk or a store floor, it is best to either push the wagon at a slow pace or pull it in wagon mode." If I was trying to run with the Xplore I'd agree... but I wasn't. Nowhere in any Evenflo sales material or the user manual is this significant limitation and safety issue mentioned. This is a nonsensical response. The wobbling problem has been reported by others years before. According to some online reviewers, not everyone experiences the issue. This is clearly a design or manufacturing tolerance issue. The online hack of inserting an o-ring on the wheel shaft is working on my stroller but Evenflo's dismissal of the problem is unacceptable.
Don't be fooled by the heavy duty appearance of the wheels. They're terrible. The front wheels seize up and it's like pushing a broken shopping cart. Since the wheels don't maneuver properly, pushing this stroller/wagon is cumbersome and makes for a bumpy ride. Given the performance and price of this wagon compared to other similar wagons on the market, I would not recommend this product.
