well I've never purchased a battery from Walmart I've always bought die hard well money is tight at least for me it is so i decided to try this one out it was very affordable and that's very important to me and it's been 6 months and its still going strong so i will say agin this is my first battery purchase from Walmart so far so good!

Product was choose by me after reading all the facts about it There is no complain but the way delivery and receiving procedures care concerned no clear directions were given and that caused so much run around in RAIN FOR SENIORS LIKE ME 65 IS HARD TO WALK FROM CUSTOMERS SERVICE INSIDE THE STORE TO GO OUT SIDE IN RAIN WAIT FOR THEM TO COME TAKE TO YOU PHONE CALLS GO ON MASSAGES. DOORS ARE CLOSED NO ONE AROUND TO TALK AT CURB SIDE WAITING COMING OUT OF CAR IN RAIN HELPLESSLY WAITING FOR SOME TO COME OUT OF DOOR TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER WAITED 15 MIN MORE TO RECIEVE ORDER NO CURTASY TO DROP IN MY CAR, HEAVY CAR BATTERY I HAVE TO CARRY TO AUTO CARE DEPT. OHH MY GOD PAIN IN NECK NO BODY WANTED TO SHOW CURTASY ONLY ONE SLOGAN YOU HAVE DO YOUR SELF SIR THAT'S NOT MY JOB. SUCH A NONSENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE BETWEEN CURB SIDE /INSIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ AND AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT NO CALIBRATION OR UNDERSTANDING. NOBODY WANTED TO BE LITTLE BIT MORE CURTICE AND WALK EXTRA MILE NO EVEN INCH

I ordered it online. This was a mistake. I had the core but they didn't see the core charge even though I was charged. Had to make another trip back to get core charge. Still didn't show up on their system even though I was charges. The customer service manager saw my charge and made it right and gave me a gift card. Should have just bought in store.

I bought this battery to replace one that was leaking from the positive terminal end. I also bought a everstart battery terminal. Ive installed both and so far everything is working well. If you are looking for a cheap battery to get by I would recommend. They get a bad rap as neverstart but I have yet to have a problem with them in any of my cars but if I did walmart will exchange it out easily under the warranty policy. Also, to my surprise you dont pay a core like you would at a auto parts store.

I was very surprised on how easy this purchase went. Made the purchase online. Made an appointment when I was able to pick up the battery at their easy to find pickup area. Waited no more than 3 minutes and I was greeted by a very nice Walmart representative named Mona. This young lady offered to lift my battery and put it in my trunk. Amazing! I had to stop her because I was raised as a gentleman but I seen how eager she was to show how much Walmart looks out for its customers

its alright for temporary but if you have a build motor this be good just to get the car awaken other than that its a 50/50 chance its going to die in a year just buy the upgrade group 35 400$ battery online plus they kept shaking this battery around when it was getting pick up i saw the guy struggling carrying it

The technicians put a different battery in. refunded this battery. Thwy showed me an everready 24that had 600cca. but the one they put in was only 585. what a sneaky way of doing things.

The product is fine, the service people are running a scam! I pickup up the web order and had my legally required used battery ready to return for the core charge. They gave some butt wash about there is no core charge on web orders yet it is clearly on my invoice. They would take the old one but could not return the core charge. Tried customer service, store manager, got promised a gift card. 2 weeks later nothing. Someone is scamming by counting returns but not paying the customer.

Worst experience. Tried to return the old battery at at the store where I picked up the new battery. The store told me to come back the next as it didn't show the core fee in their system. Went back the next day, they said it's no possible to return the core fee or accept the old battery. One person suggested to call and talking to them it sounded like there is disconnect in policy between store folks and them

Extremely disappointed. Ordered it online, for my Mazda 3. The online Walmart site said it was compatible. It is not. Because I did not have time to bring it back in time, they didn't accept any return. So a waste of $100 and being lied to. Don't buy this one or make sure to install it right away at the store. Abd definitely don't trust the online tool for compatibility.
