sweet peas mammoth
I moved to a high mountain desert last May and I got everything planted late in my garden including the sweet peas. Despite my neglect and spotty watering, these little troopers came up, climbed the fence and bloomed like crazy! Their fragrance was almost overwhelming and I was in love with them! I am getting an earlier start on the garden and planting some of the the seeds to plant early so I expect another wonderful fence full of sweet peas again this year!

Planting the future
ordered sweet-pea seeds, arrived, spread half outside for winter rains to germinate. saved half to start in pots come spring. Won't know germination rate for a few weeks, check back if you like.
