This is a unique and easy snack. It's really filling and tastes great. It loses a star only because it's a little hard to eat. You really have to squish it up to get it out of the pack.

It's not too sweet. Maybe a different flavor than this would be better unless u really like mango

Way too sweet. Similar texture to aloe drinks with the chunks or watery jello. The smell and taste is a strong artificial grape. I feel more hungry after consuming this. Not worth it.

Purchased this because I heard it can help you with your appetite by making you feel fuller. I tried this right before my first meal of the day and also together with a meal. Both times, different days, I had severe indigestion, bloating, swelling and pain. I heard you have to be careful and eat it a little at a time, I did that and still got problems. Perhaps other people are not as affected.

my dr recommended this to me to help curb my appetite and because it had so few calories. I didn't care for it. My co workers seemed to enjoy them. But didn't really fill me up or curb appetite. Kinda pricy.
