everydrop by Whirlpool Ice and Water Refrigerator Filter 4, EDR4RXD1, Single-Pack, Green

Walmart's online description did not mention that this filter filters 23 contaminants, much higher than most filters of this type (UKF8001). I used to buy Walmart's Great Value brand, which filters an impressive 13 of the most common contaminants and also permits water to flow faster into your cup. But I wanted the cleanest water possible, and Whirpool's latest model, Water Filter 4, is the best I've found.

I bought a brand new refrigerator And this is the first time I had the filter inside the refrigerator. It took a while to put the item in but mostly to take the old filter out. This particular manufacture never said anything about shutting off your water to the main line before you take the filter out and then replacing it. Just a heads up

It was not working at first. I needed to screw in more.

The previous refrigerator filter I used for the last six months was an off-brand cheap filter that fit my fridge. It was absolute junk! It sputtered and spit and did not fill the ice maker consistently (lots of air bubbles). I replaced with this EveryDrop filter and it is perfect! Quiet, smooth and really effective.

I had a hard time finding a replacement from big box stores. I was so happy to have found this filter at every drop. My fridge is old--11+ years. Water was very tasty. My five year-old loves the water from the fridge..it's seriously her favorite drink.

These are great filters but I ordered one 2 weeks ago and I was supposed to get it in just a couple of days. But now it keeps saying preparing order. When will it ever come. These are usually in the store but my store was out. I have three other items that say the same thing, “preparing order.” I don’t know what’s up.

Walmart has the best price and doesn't charge a delivery fee. Have used this filter brand for years.

We had issues with slow flow from the water filter we got from the refrigerator's manufacturer. Every Drop has been flowing without a hitch and the water tastes great.

The EveryDrop refrigerator filter is a high quality filter that is very efficient and easy to install. We have been on their auto ship program every 6 months which makes it easy to maintain ans with no reminder!

I wanted to try this water filter compared to other filters I had used. Tt claimes more contaminants are removed from line water. But found minimal taste difference compared to tap water direct from City. It is pricey for just six months of usage. It takes about 2 minutes to fill a 16oz water bottle which I think is fair.
