I like the blue raspberry flavor, it's smooth and it reminds me of Kool-Aid. I feel so alert and awake when I have this mix, I made the right decision. I don't feel jittery at all either. The pros of not consuming caffeine. This is my new pre-workout.

This is a part of my workout routine now. I am able to extend my workouts and make the most out of each session now. I am excited for what my fitness journey holds. I have goals that I want to achieve and I want to feel confident about myself. Gym also helps me feel better from a mental perspective. The flavor of this product is lovely too. I will buy more when mine finishes.

It does not cause me to feel jittery, nor does it impart any additional strange flavor or texture. Additionally, it helps me feel energised and strong without the crash associated with other Preworkouts. I've incorporated this into my daily morning smoothie and take it in the afternoons when I'm in need of a pick-me-up. I'm certain I'll continue to use this for a while.

I'm not sure why this is referred to as a workout supplement. Because I am quite sensitive to stimulants, I though this would be a decent alternative. The flavor isn't bad, but I also enjoy beets. I did not experience an increase in energy or stamina throughout workouts. I will not purchase this item again.

I think I got the wrong product delivered because it contains caffeine. I really needed a caffeine-free beet powder and that's not what I have at the moment. Ugh, silly mistake. I will leave a review on the right product soon. I'm upset with myself for doing this!
