I put this in my morning coffee, and definitely feel the difference during a workout and even through out the work day... I have tried several brands and really like this one especially since it has the added benefits of Collogen and BCAA. Price is good and quality is great.

I used to take Evlution Creatine 5000 and replaced for this new product. It's great to drink with water and lime or in a juice, because it has no flavor. This new Creatine with BCAA and collagen made me fell more energetic and awake, I fell stronger in my training and I've been sleeping deeper. Because the BCAA I'm only taking it in training days and avoiding to take Whey in the same day. It would interesting to have also the Creatine alone for rest days or when you choose to take the whey protein that bring BCAA as well. Evolution made a great formula, it overcame my expectations in good mood and energy/strenght

It is unflavored so you really can't judge it on that. It has all your vitamins that I consider a part of any workout program and inexpensive at that.

Creatine helps with memory and Muscle development after the age of 50. I am 60 plus. I find it helps with both.. Walmart has the best price on this brand that I have found plus the deliver. I like the unflavored mixed with water and tastes fine. Thanks.

I like that I got the no flavor I can put it in my coffee or drinks. I have only tried it for 2 days so will see later in a couple weeks if I notice any changes . overall I like it

As far as creatine goes it has what you need. The energy portion of it leaves you wanting more. It's a good concept that I believe needs to be adjusted but I would use this and add some extras to help move it along and that worked out really well for me. I did love the flavor and it most definitely beats out unflavored haha

So far so good at this point I really can't tell if it's made any difference. It's too hard to tell. I haven't been taking this long enough but will edit this when I have given it some time. It's supposed to be flavorless. I put it in my coffee and it definitely changes the taste. I will try it in water. Not too fond of the taste in my coffee. Easy to mix in / dissolve. The price is good. Seems like good value. Will update in a month or so to give a true rating.
