I love this little kitchen gadget. For under $10 you can get an instant breakfast with your favorite omelette recipe in the form of four little egg bites. They cook in the microwave in three minutes and you can add all kinds of fun things to them: sausage, bacon, spinach, cheese, etc. Easy to clean, perfect for a snack or quick breakfast.

Easy. Mix 1 egg in a bowl and season. Pour half in 2 of the holders. Add cheese, etc and close cover. About 1 minute with 1100 watt microwave. Adjust time to taste. Enjoy

Found a recipe that is as good as the store bought, already made, and make these now for a fraction of the store bought egg-bites. Thinking to even buy more of these to give this year as gifts!

Great product and it’s fun to use. I cook 4 eggs at a time. Use non-stick spay, break the yolk if you want the egg cooked thru or it will explode in the container. Microwave for 1:40 for well done, like hard boiled, and let them set a minute. Love this silly green thing.

I have used a hard plastic one, but I love this. Easy to clean in fact I use muffin liners to make it even easier and I make my little egg bites in less than four minutes with the fillings I choose at a 10th of the price of buying them already made. They need to make more things like this. I am a fan.

Great product. Follow the instructions and it works like a charm. You'll have to adjust cook time for some recipes, but it's hard to ruin eggs in this thing. Well made, just don't handle with bare hands, it does get very hot.

Easy way to get my morning protein quick! Appreciate the comments by others about microwave cooking time. I only cook for 90 second for fluffy omelette bites.

I love this Joie Silicone Egg Bite maker for busy breakfasts or a snack. I have used this brand many times, and they have not disappointed me. The price was great! It makes cooking egg bites so much easier. Get out your seasonings, crack your eggs in a bowl, shake your desired seasoning, and mix it in. Then, pour half the egg mixture into each mold. I then put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Cleaning up is easy once you clean right after. I recommend this to all egg bite lovers!!

Seems like a fantastic product, got it for my wife for Mother's Day. She opened the gift bag with brightly colored tissue paper I had put the microwave egg struta cooker in along with a Happy Mother's Day card. My wife has not looked at the gift since then, in fact the microwave egg strata cooker has ended up behind the table next to my wife's chair ever since.
