Works great. I have IBS. Helps move things when your blocked up. I like the flavor. My advice don't drink cold water when chewing it lol It gets hard and weird. Awesome stuff.

It does what it’s meant to do, no more issues once taking it. I’d buy again and recommend but that seems like a strange conversation to have with others, but if it does I’ll make sure they know this will help them in their time of need.

I bought these for my 6 year old that suffers from constipation. Definitely got things moving but she complained of cramping, which is to be expected. I only use these when its been a few days since she's gone to the bathroom.

As a kid the is what our family used, when needed. Now, in my elderly years I needed a laxative and ordered the old family favorite. It did not help me at all. I was very disappointed. The good taste is still there, though.
