Exergen Temporal Scanner Thermometer with Smart Glow Features

This thermometer is such a relief. My daughter hates when we take her temperature, finally we just have to give it a quick slide across her forehead and we have an accurate reading. Fast, consistent and the silent mode was a life saver when my toddler was sick and asleep.

Gives same temp reading as rectal. this is very important when you have a child that gets 104° temperatures since the 1st question a pediatrician will ask is how the temperature was taken and most Pediatricians want either under arm or rectal readings for the most accurate recording. I am very thankful for this thermometer so I don't have to wake up my special needs child and they actually love to take there temperature this way and only this way. EASY TO CARRY in diaper bag as well

This is our 2nd one in 12 years, they work great and we have never had any issues with misreads, super easy and fast to use. I'm very sure our last one would have had a longer life had it not been dropped by the kiddos so much.

I think mine came used even though the packaging didn't show so. It already had 3 or 4 different temps on it! But since a loved one had to be hospitalized, it was too late to take or send back. 🫤☹️

Cheap quality. My previous exergen from 10 yrs ago was a better build. The button easily gets stuck in depressed position before popping back up. Also getting a very wide range if temperatures which makes me question its accuracy. Im using it correctly by keeping flush with the skin each time, but still getting very different results. Meh.

I would never buy this item again. depending on which side of your head you go on, you get a different reading. the blue cap on top comes off completely they don't tell you this, so if you leave that on you get a very low temperature reading. once I figured out that I had to come off but got a better temperature reading however, it's a piece of junk. definitely going back to the store

This thermometer is sketchy and I can't use it for my family it reads incorrect temperatures over and over, how long do I have before it's too late to return?

I ordered this thermometer in my Grocery pick up on 11/02/2024. I get home 35 miles away from your store and upon opening the package clearly it was a returned item. The boxed was taped on 1 side and no instructions in the box. I need a reliable thermometer because my husband has stage 4 mastazied cancer and is dieing. It is vitally important that I have a thermometer that is reliable due to if my husband gets a temperature of 100.4 he immediately has to be rushed to the hospital because if sepis sets in he will die within minutes. I will be driving 70 miles round trip to bring the thermometer back to your store. Thank you Walmart for letting me down once again. I feel this issue is in fact a matter of life and death this time. I have purchased now from your store in the last 3 years and they stop working within a few months. Rest assured I wont buy another one at your store.

Completely different readings from another thermometer I use, which has proved reliable over the years.

Not accurate at all. We have the older version of this and it worked like a dream. This is nothing like it. The temps are always WAY higher than what they should be.
