Expert Gardener All-Purpose Water Soluble Plant Food Fertilizer, 5 lb. Box

I've used big named brand of water soluble fertilizer for years with success. I have always purchased it at Walmart as they beat the big box stores by upwards of $7. This NEW product has the exact same ingredients when comparing their package labels. The difference? THE PRICE! This product is $2.50 cheaper. Also the packaging is much neater, the individual fertilizer packets are double sealed in a much thicker mil plastic. This will be my go to for veggies and flowers as long as Walmart carries it. THANK YOU WALMART!!!

I used to pay for a higher priced brand but discovered Expert and haven't gone back! My roses, flowers and shrubs love this plant food and it is affordable for me. Highly recommend.

I'm rating it based on word of mouth. I just bought it and it takes time with plants to see if it's a good product or not.

I just love this works just like Miracle Grow but is a lot cheaper! I use this all the time on my plants and they just love this and it's so easy to use!

This is a great plant food. Originally bought because it was inexpensive, but my plants responded well to it all thru summer. It's dissolves completely, instead of leaving clumps like some others do and it doesn't foam like some others do.

its miracle product. I am new in gardening world so try to spend less money but good flower and Vegetable grow. After 1hr spend in Walmart, find out this product, less money and applicable for any plant, indoor, outdoor, veg, flower, rose everything. I used one time now, miracle flower, veg flower everything come out. I am planning to use every 14days gap. some plant leaf has burned because I used less water and 1table spoon powder food. One word great product!

In rebuttal of the poster who said the color of the product being lighter than MG was an indication that it may not contain the stated nutrients, have you ever thought that the plants could care less how much blue dye was added to the product? That is simply a visual for the user. I have been using Expert Gardener for several years now. It dissolves and mixes well, doesn't foam up when mixing, and doesn't turn into a rock hard clump in the bags. And my plants absolutely thrive on it. At way less cost. Winner in my book!!!

I grow hundreds of plants every year. I tried this fertilizer last year to save me a 60mi round trip to a horticulture supply house. my results were just as good as the commercial brand I use as far as feeding the plants and a little better solubility which is important to me because I use a fertilizer injector that puts the dissolved fertilizer into the hose while I'm watering. as far as the dye mentioned by other poster, blue dye in the water for plants is an old florist trick. if you remember in grade school your teacher having you put plant cuttings into different colored water using food dye to see what happened, the plants took on the color of the dye. so, if your plants are hungry they turn yellow so adding blue dye ( mixing blue and yellow gives you green ) gives the plant a green color fast while the fertilizer gets a chance to work. if you think it isn't blue enough add some blue food dye. all commercial fertilizers used by growers have blue dye in them.

order was set for Tuesday, a call and Walmart rep said order would be there shortly. never showed! called next day the assured it would be there by 8pm, never showed! Why lie to your customer?
