Although I have not actually hammered these into the ground yet, they arrived quickly, and Walmart offered them for a cheaper price than any other stores. They seem pretty sturdy and of high quality, so I'm not too concerned about them holding up when we use them. (We will be using them to stabilize driveway edging.)

I was skeptical since these spikes are made of plastic, but I was impressed by their sharpness, strength and durability. I used them to hold down a tarp that I placed over my garden. They went into the soil easily and were easy to remove when needed.

These are a very good value for the price. I have seen similar post for almost double the amount. It is a hard plastic, but it brings a great attraction to your front yard or anywhere you decide to use them.

Sturdy and long stakes for small fencing, keeps fencing in place

Recently we had to replace some deteriorating edging, with EasyFlex. We have some (not to old) round-top style Edging going bad all over our property, the material was thinner and failed. We used the EasyFlex 2" Tall Edging and EasyFlex Spiral Spikes. My wife loves the ease of handling, shaping custom planters, bordering garden plots, etc. She uses the EasyFlex Spiral anchoring Spikes and a large-head mallet to get them nailed down. The stakes are super strong and drive in nicely.

These spiral spikes are very sturdy and easy to hammer into the ground. They appear to be more sturdy than other non-spiral stakes. The spirals give the earth something to hold on to. They do not bend or break as you are hammering them in and there is little to no resistance as you get into the tougher parts of the ground where you are hammering. These spikes are thick and inexpensive. We have purchased more to use for other things as well. I wish they came in larger packs than the 10 in this bag. I received this product from Spark Reviewer in exchange for my honest opinion about the product.

These spikes are plastic and I will find some good use for them. They are strong and would easily hold down tarps ,landscaping fabric and a host of other gardening projects. Of course they work well on the No-Dig edging which is what they were designed for. You will need a rubber mallet to install, I think any other device might break them and they look like they could form sharp pieces if shattered.
