The Expert Gardener 10 piece cap and washer set is perfect for starting the spring season off with fresh washers for the garden hose connections.Washers do wear out,and create pesky leaks.The Expert Gardener washers are perfect fitting,and have nubs on the outer edge to help lock them into place.The end caps are useful,especially for soak er hoses,and they come with built in washers.So,this is actually a 12 piece cap and washer set;2 caps with washers,and 8 washers.

Every year I have the same problem. Leaky hoses. Either at the connection between 2 hoses or at the spigot. I am usually in a hurry doing some gardening or lawn work and just suffer through getting myself soaked as well as the intended places I want to water.. When I go to town, I have generally forgotten the washers. The problem was one of those everlasting ones. So finally I have set of perfectly fitting washers and caps and question myself as to why I never took the time to obtain them before. Expert Gardener has an excellent product. The washers are thick and fit nice and tight. This growing season is going to be one of the most pleasant I have ever had. So I would recommend that all you folks would get out there and get organized a bit more ahead of time than I have in the past. Go over to Walmart. Definitely have this Expert Gardener cap and washer set on hand. Before you need it. Transfer the unused pieces to a small ziplock bag or other container so you won’t lose any of the parts.

Easy to use
Very easy to use. Simply add the washer to the hose. Perfect to use if having leakage from the tap to the hose.

Perfect amount
Perfect for my garden hose as I am always losing a few over the winter months. This will help with that issue since it has several in the package

Can't never have enough hose washers and they are cheap. Not quite as pliable as I'd like but they work just fine

Hose washers
I initially was looking for the old red rubber washers, but I couldn't find those individually sold. They were always included in a larger set of washers. These are much better, as they want deteriorate with age, and they are a great product for replacing existing hose washers. No leaks! I bought a second pack to have on hand because they were so helpful. Can't beat the price!
