Expert Gardener Soft Touch Holly (2.5 Quart) Finely Textured Compact Evergreen Shrub - Full Sun Live Outdoor Plant

See previous answer -- large, healthy plants, well-packaged for shipping. Looking forward to getting them into my garden soon! My only issue relates to shipping. Since I'm not always at home to receive packages (and I like to be around to make sure nothing happens to boxes left on my front porch) I ordered on the day that seemed to ensure I'd be home. Except plants were mailed early (I guess) and were supposed to come early so I changed my plans but then they didn't arrive that day so I had to wait around for hours for delivery when I had plans. Frustrating. Wish vendors could be more exact about shipping/delivery schedules.

This was so well packaged. Came via Alabama/Georgia to Oregon. Goes well on the deck amongst other evergreens! Removed from package, put in a larger pot, fed, watered in...in a few days there was ALOT of new growth (leaves). And as advertised, very, very SOFT to the touch. This variety is definitely new to me, and other friend, guests. A must have!

I ordered these in the middle of winter, so I wasn't sure what I'd get. They were packaged well. They appear to be healthy. I am going to order more.

A landscaper suggested I get the soft touch holly and Walmart's website was the only place I could find it. They came very well packed. Actually over packed. I ordered 20 and each one came individually packed. They were in very good shape. My reduction of one star is because the website says 2-3 feet tall and wide and the tag on the plant say 4-5. Now I don't know how far to plant them apart for a loose hedge.

Walmart web site say this shrub grows 2' to 3' tall and wide. Label from nursery says this shrub grows 4' to 5' tall and 3' to 5' wide. So which is it???? Can't be both. Inaccurate label results in buyer misfortune.
