Expert Grill 2 Burner Tabletop Propane Gas Grill, Stainless Steel

I liked how fast it was delivered and that the grill looks well made. I also like that you can use a regular 20 lb tank with this unit. The grill surface is pretty large for a grill at this price point, also like that it's all stainless. The grill was also easy to put together.

This Expert Grill arrived a few days ago in perfect condition. Unboxing and assembly took about 10 minutes. This stainless steel grill replaced a cheap, old, steel grill that didn’t even have a grease catcher. This unit is of good quality materials and fit and finish are very good. I wrap most things in heavy duty aluminum foil for easy of cleaning. I have grilled 2 rounds of different sausages and they turned out perfect with very little flare up from all the grease drippings. Nothing came out burned, unlike my old grill. I think Expert should have included a temperature gauge for this price, but not a deal breaker. I salvaged the temperature guage from my old grill and installed it on this one. I like the generous size grease drain holes and large drip pan instead of the junky hanging cup or post card size pan on most grills of this size. Having 2 burners allows flexibility to your grilling. Use one burner and slow cook on the grill opposite the lit burner. Should last for many years. Good value for your money.

I have enjoyed this grill from the first day I fired it up. First of all I usually have my husband assemble things, but once I pulled everything out of its box, I figured these seems simple to put together. and it was very simple for me to assemble. It took me about five minutes. The grill cooks evenly and easy to clean. This grill has be so amazing that I want to use as often as possible.

First let me say that most of the negative comments I have read regarding this bar-b-q seem to be from people who have no expierences with portable units. I have not found negitives mentioned, with my unit. So having said that let me summerize. Yes the handlr will get very warm to hot but what did you think would happen. 1-Assemble time about 10 minutes. 2-even the gas hose was connected. 3-You do need to turn on the unit and run for about 15 minutes in order to burn off any coatings that may be on it. True with any Bar-B-Qs. 4-Having two burners for a unit this size is wonderful. 5-And fairly easy to clean.

I purchased this grill at over 50% off on sale! The grill seems to be built pretty good but it’s manufactured using lower quality stainless steel but if taken care of by following the manufacturer’s instructions on operation, cleaning and maintenance, you shouldn’t have any issues with it and it should provide you with years of service! There is a small problem with the one that I purchased! The issue? The manufacturing process wasn’t quite completed before the grill was packaged and shipped out for retail sale! Quality control didn’t catch the error! The issue was that when I went to install the upper warming rack support arms into the hole’s located on each side of the grills lid, the holes where the support arms are supposed go into were not drilled out at the factory prior to being boxed and shipped out to the retailer! I had to carefully measure and figure out exactly where to drill the holes on each side of the lid so that the warming rack operated correctly when opening and closing the lid and that the lid sit correctly when the grill was closed. ***See all attached photos ***

What a great compact grill. We just grilled our first meal of Italian Sausages and Brats. Perfect results, with no flare ups. As with almost any gas grills, there are two areas of the cooking grid that have a slightly lower temperature than the rest of the cooking areas. On my grill that would be in the front left and the right rear. That does not mean that I see this as a problem because I now know that I can rest almost completely done meats in those areas where they will continue to cook, but at a slower rate than the rest of the food. That works well for me. But there is one big CAUTION that you need to address. With just about any die or machine cut sections of stainless steel, there are knife sharp edges that need to be dulled. Most of the ones that I found were inside the grill body itself where most people won't be sticking their hands. However for those of us who actually deep clean the entire grill, you can easily take the sharp edge off by rubbing it lightly with a sharpening stone. Other than that (which cost the grill one star) I have nothing bad to say about it.

I like how it fits nicely on my deck. I like the little side clips on the lid, so the top does not come open. I like it because it’s portable. I don’t like how the heating element is so close to the food, because it flares every time the food drips. You have to watch the food very closely, so it doesn’t burn. Perfect size grill for two people and taking on a picnic.

I purchased this grill several months ago and after using it maybe 3 times the igniter on the left side stopped working I contacted Walmart because it was still under warranty they referred me to the manufacturer gott in touch with them and they sent me a new ignite But I had to pay 1695 for it while it was still under warranty which is unheard of so caution to anybody who purchases this grill any items still under warranty they will still charge you for

The propane valve is only compatible with standard 20lb propane tanks. Need to buy an adapter to use smaller 1lb coleman propane tanks. had to return because packaging is not clear. never got to use but docked stars due to unclear packaging/description

Very disappointed with this grill. Bent lid doesn't shut completely. Handle gets really hot so you have to wear oven mitt to avoid burning your hand. Burners are either too hot or not hot enough, very hard to keep temperature right. This grill takes the pleasure of grilling away. Wish we could send it back after first time using it.
