This made so much less effort into grilling. not to much smoke very convenient and the flavor of the meat enhanced full flavor. Great pair dont even need lighter fluid or paper to light. made the chicken cook so easy not stick at a good pace didnt even need to wait to long for it to be ready to cook and the heat lasts a long time. and very low fumes in my opinion way better than the expensive charcol.

I greatly prefer charcoal over gas grilling but sometimes the name brand stuff is expensive and all I could afford of those was the smaller bags and those are a one and done. Decided to try out this brand and was stuck out to me was the words "instant lighting". I don't like having to use lighter fluid unless absolutely necessary. Let me tell you, those two words are exactly the reason to buy this charcoal. I have never used a brand of charcoal that lit so well and the coals got white faster than other brands which was awesome! You will get great heat off of these coals that lasts for whatever you want to cook. We have made burgers, steaks, chicken, ribs, you name it and these coals did the job fantastically with great flavor to boot! All that and the price is fantastic! Whether you buy the smaller bag or the larger bag (we buy the larger one to use for multiple cook out's) you are getting a great product that won't break your budget. This is our new brand of charcoal over our other, Kingsford or Matchlight. I highly recommend this product!

love these, as in winter we use just a handful to light our wood fireplace. as it's cheaper than firestarter ECT... in summer we use it for bbq. I've got 4 bags that didn't ignite. I got credit for 3 right away but didn't report the last bag that didn't ignite. but that is small quantity of bad vs all the excellent bags I have got.

HONESTLY BOUGHT IT FOR THE PRICE, BUT IT DIDN'T DISSAPOINT THE COALS LASTED THROUGH MY WHOLE COOK AND IT DIDN'T TAKE AWAY THE FLAVOR OF MY MEAT EVEN A NEIGHBOR BOUGHT OVER SOME MEAT AND IT WAS STILL GOING THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER IN ME, THE COALS BURNED VERY NICE AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO KEEP LIGHTING IT

We grill every weekend. This is hands down one of the best and cheapest charcoal around. Ive had the bag sitting outside in the very humid and rainy weather and its still lighting. The coal never got wet but as been sitting out in the open on the patio with rainy weather.

it means what it says very fast lighting. I figured Nah it won't light this little bag. Nope ! it did and stayed that way. be sure to douce with water excessively after you grill as it stays smoking and fire. High heat, check meat regularly to prevent it from burning. you can't sit down on this one. Coojs food fast, smokes great.

It actually burned better than the top brand I usually buy. I gave it a shot only because I needed a smaller bag and by surprise it works well. All it took was one flick from the lighter and it burned instantly with out going out. And the smell isn't as strong as the top brand. It lasted me 6 hours . Most definitely buying again

if you are a %23youngho and cook everything on high these right here get everything done. and the food won't taste like lighter fluid easy to light and go

This product was purchased for a small gathering, with several children who were very hungry from playing hard in the park. Unfortunately it took much longer to light than expected, and also didn't get nearly hot enough to cook in a decent time frame. Very few people ended up eating anything other than the sides bc it took so long, and not enough to decide if I go ahead and spend the extra money for Kingsford next time.
