very easy to use. no problems. does not come with all of the shown cables, but, it does have ports for them. it does display the album art, artist and track of cd being played, nice! and it pulses with multicolored lights while playing, wife liked that. good device, better price!

Happy with this item. I have an old pc and it would not read an install disc for a program i had. The cable to plug into my pc's usb could be about 1' longer because my pc is under a desk. Other than that, this is well worth the money and works as intended.

Plug and play at it's finest. Works very well with my mini pc (no room for a DVD drive) and the extra USB slots are a plus. It comes with no installation software for installation nor is there any cd/DVD burning software.

Before use, it is necessary to carefully read the product description and pictures. The product is exactly as the seller described. Setup was a breeze, and it worked perfectly right away.

Worked perfectly for installing a dvd game on windows, easy connect and all inputs are recognized. My laptop doesn't have a cd/dvd drive so this was the fix..

The drive is nice and sturdy. I've had no problems burning ISOs to DVDs or playing movies with the freeware player I downloaded. I have had problems with the SD slots. I have a mini SD card in an adapter. It doesn't fit in the larger slot, which makes no sense to me. The adapter is a standard size that fits elsewhere. I took it out of the adapter and tried the smaller slot. The card went in, but my computer doesn't recognize it. Maybe it's a computer glitch in that case.

The product box had a restock label on it and a movie dvd inside. But the product seems to work I have not burned a dvd yet. I used it for down loading pictures from my camera chip, and looking at pictures I had on a dvd.

Not working right. After struggling to get it linked to my computer, and once I downloaded a VLC software which should work with all, yet this device remains inconsistent with running with one DVD and then does not next time. Even when I go back to the same DVD, it does not run whereas it worked at other times. VERY INCONSISTENT! Plan to refund it tomorrow for another type.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!! Ad says just "plug and play." That is not true!!!!! There were issues with drivers and all that technology stuff that I do not know and do not want to know. I am an accountant. I am not a computer expert!!!!! That is why "just plug and play" was attractive to me!!!!! Due solely to FALSE ADVERTISING, I lost $6.99 on shipping!!!!!

The connecting cable was not as pictured and it would not work on my Windows PC. The instructions were not helpful. I've been installing devices and drivers since Win98, and I know it's not a skill issue.
