This supplement is one that I need and the flavor is very pleasant. I will keep using B-Complex daily.

My husband refused to take his much needed vitamin B pill. Would hide it, throw it in the garbage, etc. now he takes it very willingly. Doesn't know it's the same pill, very happy with this pill.

I like that they have all 9 B vitamins, sugar free, the taste is fine and that I don't have to swallow pills. They quickly melt on my tongue. I've been taking one per day for the last couple of months. It's helping my kidney stay healthy. My hair is growing longer finally and it's shiny again. My nails are longer and stronger too. I'll definitely continue to buy these. I've already recommended them to 3 other people.

Was only taking B12 but apparently I needed more than that - this has made a significant difference in my energy level and sense of well-bring.

I have been taking a B complex vitamin for many years, I normally take a sublingual dose. I must say, this dissolvable tablet is rather enjoyable and I look forward to it each day. I love that it contains no sugar and it dissolves very quickly. This is also great for people who follow a vegan lifestyle. Overall, I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

This is a great product. Why? The form factor of melt in your mouth or under your tongue is very nice. The taste while it dissolves is pleasant and NO sugar. Ive been concerned a out my b vitamin levels so i tried this and have noticed increased energy since i started taking it. Its very good to know itmis made in the USA. All around good product.

I love this product! I felt the difference in how much energy it gave me the very 1st day I tried it. I used to be sluggish but not anymore. It melts in your mouth in less than a minute and the flavor is to die for, love it! I'm usually not fond of taking pills but with this, it's like eating a candy. Fun way to boost your energy everyday. I highly recommend!

The flip-top container comes with 60 fast-melting tablets. The bottle and tablets have a distinct odor, not necessarily a bad one, but it's pungent and your finger tips will smell after handling. They do dissolve quickly for those that have trouble swallowing pills. They do have a hint of strawberry taste but I was not able to get past the odor. These tabs are sugar-free, gluten-free, not genetically modified and vegan, which I really like. I am not a physician but this synthetic type of B complex is supposedly good for those with anemia (iron deficiency) and diabetes. The list of ingredients in this B-complex are 150% of the daily recommendation with the exception of Biotin at 1500% and B12 at 15,000%. I experienced no upset stomach when taking on an empty stomach. I also did not experience any boost of energy like I get from my current B-complex. I am not sure if this type of synthetic B-complex is designed for specific or particular health conditions that I do not suffer from so I am not sure what health benefits this supplement is supposed to provide. This product did not “wow” me and I am not planning on deviating from my current B-complex.
