Great product! Good quality, good quantity. I would definitely recommend for your eye health. Start out with 3000mcg daily. Increase 1500mcg daily every 3 weeks.

They are great.
I have been taking Vitamin A supplements since 2020. I found they control a lot of my allergies. Really clogged nose, coughing, and sinus headaches . Its marvelous!
