Great Cold Pack.
Love the reusable Cold packs. Works perfect to have in the freezer.. .. These do not get rock hard like other cold packs. which is perfect form around your pain points or in the neck. I prefer rice bags for heat but this is perfect for COLD use.

Stays colder longer, can wrap around knee/neck, 12 pk means always having one for whenever/wherever you need it.

Do Not Buy
Absolutely does not get cold. In the deep chest freezer for 36 hours and still not cold.

Useless
I found this item mostly useless. As a cold pack, it comes out of the freezer with much condensation that creates a puddle around the foot I apply it to. To use as a hot pack, I have to boil a pot of water, immerse the bag in it, then put it on foot. It goes cold in about a minute. I thought I would be able to microwave this thing like other flexi-pac previously owned, but not so.
