It works just as advertised. i have coarse chin hair and the device zapped it clean and smooth. I love it! I had previously been using shavers and it has caused damage so I now with SHEIHAI I can begin to heal my skin while keeping it smooth and free of stubble.

Didn't think I would like better than my old battery operated one, This one is faster and charge lasts longer than expected.

I don't think it works as well as the Flawless, but being rechargeable is great. I really haven't been able to tell the battery life yet. The extra heads with it is a nice feature.

The item works for its intended purpose, to shave hair from the face in small areas. This item is NOT what I thought it would be. I was searching for a facial depilator (think an epi-lady that removes hair by its roots for more permanent hair removal). This item is more of a single-head mans electric razor that shaves the hairs at the surface. It does work for that use and works as expected. So I will continue to look for the facial epi-lady.

This product does not work at all. I tried going over the same area multiple times %26 it did nothing. I even tried a different replacement blade head %26 it still did nothing work. Very disappointed.
