This was my first time using batting. I upholstered a window cornice board and needed an underlayer of batting. I found the batting easy to work with, and one layer was all I needed to provide soft padding and structure to the underlying fabric. The queen-size bag was not quite long enough to cover the entire board, but it was easy to feather some additional end strips together to complete the project. I would definitely use this brand again.

Use this brand and type of batting it all my blankets and quilts. Excellent quailty and I have no complaints. After you have your appropriate binding, whether quilting or ties then you can wash your hand made blanket without bunching up. If you do not have ties or quilting done then it does bunch.

I used this batting today. It is soft, it is thin. Just what I wanted. It is consistently thin- no thick, thin, all the same thickness throughout. I will be easy for me to hand quilt. I'm glad I chose this batting! And delivery was excellent considering we had 8" of tricky snow on the ground.

I did not like the way it was delivered. It was late at night and they just put the 3 bags on the ground in front of the door. It was windy and they could have blown away . They were blowing around in front of the door when I saw that they were delivered. They could have at least been put into a box.

I've used a lot of this product. It's great. But: - ad says "100% cotton." The product packaging says 100% polyester - ad says "Pack of two." It's only one. - the photo shows the older packaging. I wish Walmart had a "report problem with product details" button. This ad is pretty bad.

I make aquarium filter pads from this batting because it contains no harmful chemicals. I take one thin polyfiber filter pad and wrap this batting around it 5 times. Makes a highly efficient aquarium filter pad with excellent debris catch and water flow through for a hang on back filter. I also shred it and put it in my bubbler bottom filter box. A great big money saver for me.

Our group continues to use this batting for hand-quilting. Unfortunately our local store does not carry this product in king size. Only queen size can be purchased locally. Not sure why. At least I can order online.

Can’t complain about this stuff. I’ve saved a bundle substituting this for aquarium filter floss. It keeps my tank pristine! This was my first bag of lower loft so I’m having to change more often so I prefer the higher loft.

This is more like extra thin barely there loft. It’s also not even and there are some portions with almost no material to bind/sew through. I would recommend one slightly thicker for quilts or doubling if you want a good loft.
